The location is great! We didn't eat at the hotel but the restaurant was quite busy and the food looked good. With the windows closed you don't hear any noise from outside, our bedroom had a side view to the streets.

Parking is available, however its paid, and you need to reserve it. It cost 20 euro when we stayed. As the parking was already full when we arrived, we were told to park in the shopping mall, 5 minutes from the hotel, for the same price. The inconvenience is that, if you park at the mall, every time you leave, you need to pay.

Andorra la Vella is not the quite mountain village I expected. It is a thriving small city tucked between gorgeous mountains. As a duty free area it is crammed with shops mostly selling perfumes. The hotel is on one of the major roads near the old section of town. The streets are very busy and it is difficult to pull over to get to the hotel to check in if you are driving. They do have space for a few cars in their carpark on the property for @ €20.00/night. The room was sparse but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was quite good.

They request that you not park in the garage prior to check in, but the street there is quite busy so difficult to pull in anywhere other than their parking garage.

Staying on a Sunday night we got a good deal on the room which was very comfortable and althjght the hotel is older they have done their best to ensure it is well maintained. Power points next to both sides of the bed, hooks for your things in the bathroom and a little fridge were all appreciated. The reception staff were lovely, and the adjoining restaurant was quite popular and looked very nice, although we didn't have a chance to try it.

Only issue was that checkout was by noon and twice between 10-10.30 the housekeeping staff came into our room. They should know if someone has checked out or not.

The restaurant. One member of staff was welcoming. The others were difficult for example you could not sit in the hotel for a cola or a coffee without booking a table? I found this very strange and have never experienced this before in any other country. Plenty of other restaurants in the area so we used them.

Superb location, very high standard of cleanliness, pleasant and helpful staff, good Wifi, good food and competitively priced. The room initially allocated to us had a noisy extractor tube immediately outside the window causing disturbed sleep but the wonderful receptionist Xenia changed our room to one that was infinitely better all round and very quiet.

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room Buffet breakfast used to be a relaxed affair where we could turn up at any time between 7am and 10:30am but now you have to book a set time so we chose to have our breakfast in their cafeteria where pre-booking is not necessary

What a location! Close to everything. Liked everything about the room except for the lighting. Great variety for breakfast and was able to order an omlet.

A floor lamp did not work and I informed the staff. When a replacement bulb did not work, nothing further was done and the room was a little darker than I prefer.

location and breakfast are good. dinner at restaurant is very tasty. the lady at the reception is friendly and supportive.

the parking is an issue, very limited spaces (6) and steep and narrow path to the parking lot. if the hotel informed that a good parking option at the shopping mall with similar price, we would go for it directly rather than difficultly moving car to and from its parking lot to the shopping mall.

The staff were always happy to help. We travel with two dogs. It is a dog-friendly environment. We were surprised, specially the lady who cleaned our rooms was lovely and kept our rooms tidy and fresh. She was flexible and worked around us. We really appreciated the welcoming environment. The location is perfect, in the shopping area of Andorra la Vella. The breakfast was delicious.

Their car park is very small, only eight spaces. We had to park nearby, which made loading and unloading the car difficult.

Location couldn't be better, being at center of Andorra La Vella, easy acces to everything.

Room was next to the elevator, so you could hear it every time opening and closing, also lot of people passing the room door.

the location is great in the main shopping street in Andorra la Vella. the facade of the hotel is just cute and cozy. nice breakfast and breakfast area with good view of the mountains (back of the hotel).

the room was a bit dark with weak lights. at the beginning of october the heat was not working so a bit cold at night. luckily the duvet was warm enough. the rooms with view to the main street look like they have a balcony but you cannot actually get out in the balcony because in the room it is just a window.
