I like that is close to shops and restaurants, well noise proof , clean and staff was excelent.

Tv too old to use smart view, parking was a problem and not available on site . You had to sort out ur own life there and find out how parking system is working. Also the recommended parking outside hotel was very expensive.

The location of the hotel is perfect; in the city center of Andorra la Vella. You just step out of the hotel and shops, restaurants, etc. are all around you. It is also easy to make trips to other places in Andorra. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpful. The room is very big and looks clean and neat.

The airconditioning makes a lot of noise and it is not easy to adjust the temperature.

Located very close to the city center and next to a shopping center, this hotel provides quality accommodation in La Vella. Staff was kind and professional. We got a room upgrade, which was even nicer.

Parking was already full, so we were offered a discounted price for the parking of the shopping mall. Saved 2 EUR, had to walk a few steps. Overall, a good deal.

We liked everything. We will recommend to our friends for sure and we know where to come back. We enjoyed how rooms are planned, the location and the people working in the hotel. Reception doing their best to help with any kind of information, very friendly and positive.

There were no air extractor. So, after the bath rooms becomes humid. There air conditioning though, but sometimes it's not enough.

This hotel was a great place to stay before our departure out of Barcelona. The room is sparse but clean. The beds were comfortable and the AC was super. Not that common in many other Barcelona hotels. It is located near a shopping mall that has restaurants. The staff are helpful.

We stayed in the junior suite which was excellent, loads of space and a huge comfortable bed. food was nice and ideal for being close to all the shops and restaurants etc. Staff were very helpful and the spa was, although small, was lovely.

Great location for shopping, easy walk to Caldea Spa. Carlos was very helpful at check in, gave us great suggestions. Parking garage is adjacent to the hotel, and is discounted if you get your ticket stamped at the front desk.

The beds are comfortable, the view from the window is nice, and there are TVs in both the bedroom and the living room. The staff are friendly and check-out is easy.

Due to temporary road repairs, it was a long walk to get to the hotel.

Perfect location, near to the bus station and city (country😜) center. Very clean linen and comfortable bed. What i liked the best- hated floor in the bath and toilet room, which is important in winter time. Also, there are large shampoo, lotion, conditioner recipients which is very comfortable. Quality of water (ok, it is not a hotel merit, i suppose), but it is a pleasure to take a shower.

Staff is really nice and eager to satisfy the clients. I enjoyed the location of the hotel as well as the kind people working there. Beautiful rooms, silent and Cosy.

Beds could be a little more comfortable.
