The friendliness of the staff. The quality of the food. The en-suite bathroom was great. The maid service was excellent. All in all great value for money.

Not much really, for the money we paid we were very satisfied with the hotel. The heating in the bedroom could not be controlled meaning that the room became too warm at night. Also, even though the bedroom was well maintained it was small for 3 adults and all their ski gear

Breakfast was good and had the usual things you would expect such as ham, cheese, cereals, pastries and bread along with coffee and juices. We also had a evening flight and the hotel kindly allowed us a late check out so we could ski in the morning and have somewhere to change before departing

We booked the evening meal option and although the standard of the food was really very good it was quite limited in choice. The hotel did offer pizza or tagliatelle every night to my son which was great but I guess there is a limit to how often someone wants pizza however good they are

The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The air in the room was a bit stale and not venting well with the one window and they were able to help get an air freshener and tried to move to another room to make sure things were comfortable. The half-board was also very convenient for a longer stay and hosted in the restaurant of the hotel.

A fan for the room to keep the air moving in the summer would have been nice. Tea was provided in the rooms but no kettle.

It was a very friendly, welcoming hotel. The staff couldn’t do enough for you. Special mention to Carla who looked after us exceptionally well and went above and beyond her remit. my daughter is veggie and she made sure there was a veggie option every night. Great value for money, the food was very generous and good quality. Would highly recommend

One thing jacuzzi didn’t work in bath, but that was a minor thing.

Room was nice, clean and warm. The breakfast was pretty nice too, a great way to start the day. Hotel Panda is great value for money, would definitely stay there again

Great little hotel. Would certainly return. The breakfast was basic, but very good, fresh orange juice, croissants etc The food in the hotel restaurant was also very good. Staff friendly and helpful. All in all good value for money.

No proper ski locker room, no where to dry ski kit.

Hotel is in a great central location, 5 minutes walk to the main ski lifts. The hotel restaurant (Restaurant Cava Roca), was fabulous, superb steaks, chicken, lamb all cooked over a wood fire, the prices were very reasonable also.

The price, it was very cheap. For an hotel of 2 stars it was very good.

The location, very far from the ski lifts. The breakfast was minimal. No extra facilities at all(such as sauna)

The staff is great!

Very friendly, clean with good value food. The kids were made very welcome.
