What stood out the best was our experiencing the most helpful staff, every single one of them, that we encountered throughout our entire six days! Never intrusive, Down-to-Earth, friendly, honest and authentic! This Ramada team provided us with prompt and thorough service! We felt comfortable throughout our stay, in every instance that we have had in our travels! We will consider return to this Ramada Hotel, next time we visit Canberra. Happy to recommend this place to others, at anytime!

The bathroom 'murmuring' sound, particularly throughout the wee hours of the night, might tend to disrupt some guests' sleep.... (...and perhaps 'competing' with some of us who might be 'snoring' 🙃😉 ). But, otherwise, all's good!

the size of the room was more than I expected for what I paid, the staff were very friendly and honest about the current construction and that the restaurant was closed but provided us with other alternatives nearby, which was no issue for me. My partner and I got to enjoy the room and get a good nights sleep with no problems at all.

I never stayed in a hotel before, so I was a bit disappointed that I was not advised about the lights in the room needing a card inserted into a slot next to the door. At least I now know for the next time I visit.

Staff were lovely, the man at checkin was great. The lady at check out allowed us to have a late check out as our baby was asleep, she was lovely. Beds were extremely comfortable and room was super spacious with great TV, A/C, bathroom, Microwave etc.

The bathroom was very clean and tidy, could possibly do with a spray over with mould killer just for hard to reach/clean parts of the shower doors. However this in no way actually affected the cleanliness or comfortability of the bathroom, just being pedantic, all bathrooms accumulate mould eventually in small cracks.

The day before, I stayed at a $120/night hotel down in Melbourne that had the world's best hotel shower and I said to myself, "You will never meet a better hotel shower than that," but Ramada Encore Belconnen proved me wrong. This shower has pressure, instant heat, and the taps only take a smidge of a twist to get a temperature change in real time. I have no idea how I have pleased the Hotel Shower Gods but I am thankful. Besides this, the Ramada is utterly value for money. Professional, appointed, friendly, stylish. I was here to see Cattle Decapitation and Fallujah at The Basement so it is 1km to that, a walk. Plus, Cô Dung (Viet restaurant), also ace and proximal. Parliament et al is a 20 min. drive but, honestly, you'll be smiling so much from the shower that that 20 mins will seem like nothing.

Easy to find in a great location. Plenty of free parking on site. Close to shops. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant. Wine was a bit pricey but beer was reasonably priced. Bedding was very comfortable, good pillows, plenty of milk supplied for coffee, nice toiletries supplied including nice moisturising cream. Shower hot with good pressure. Large room, very quiet, good TV reception. Staff friendly on checking in and out.

Only issue was a sewer smell in the rooms bathroom and in the reception foyer. Reception staff aware and they said work is going to be done on this.

Location, room size and layout, it was all good

The staff had booked us in on 2nd floor, we had made a clear note, on booking.com site in comments to say we disabled/mobility impaired, and needed a ground floor unit. They changed our booking on arrival so was ok. However NO DISABLED PARKS AVAILABLE AS STAFF HAD PARKED IN THE CLEARLY MARKED DISABLE PARKING SPOTS, and they didn’t have disable parking vouchers on their cars!! Not Happy!

Free parking, nice big rooms so great value for money, easy flat walk to Westfield Belconnen

Upon first arrival the reception foyer was barely lit up so it made me think is reception open? Two dead ceiling lights in the lounge room and over the dining room but it didn’t early bother me. A leaflet or something with a little bit of info about the accommodation, the facilities provided and the wifi paid would’ve been nice.

We came to Canberra to play a show in Belconnen, so location was perfect for us, the rooms were spacious enough for us, and the beds were comfy. Gotta give a lot of props for the cleanliness of the rooms, very nice!

Parking spots are great, but not secure, I could see people looking around the cars at night, thankfully we brought all our gear into the rooms. Not entirely something at fault for the venue, but perhaps a gate to try and keep wanderers out would make me feel a little more confident on security.

the room was fine there was no complaints about the room itself. First night was brilliant no noise at all rested well. Only one issue with room was the toilet continually ran till i tapped the back of it.

The noise on Saturday night was awful firstly there was a barking dog that didn't stop till owner returned back to room. then, I was woken by loud men talking from 1.15am till 3am there was no respect for others. Plus someone had an alarm on that just kept going for ages

Room had plenty of space, we loved the Spa, disappointed that we could not watch TV from the bed, was in the other room. Location was good, as the shopping mall was just up the road, but the room didn't have any information documents in the room. Very disappointed that the Motel didn't offer breakfast, we had to travel to get fed. Plenty of parking.
