I had to call the hotel ahead of time to advise that we were a late check in and a couple of hours later the hotel called to check in to see how we were travelling and to finalise the payment for the late check in. The staff were exceptionally friendly, pleasant, caring and were sure to wish us safe travels as it was the Easter weekend. I have not had such pleasant dealing with hotel staff in a long time and the team at this hotel should be proud of their excellent customer service and communication skills. I could not fault them. The free onsite car parking was a bonus and was easy to navigate. The hotel location was excellent for us as we came straight off the freeway and had to get back onto the freeway the next morning so this location was perfect.

The wooden stirrers supplied for tea and coffee. Would like to see something reusable and not single use throw away.

easy to find, central to food places, petrol stations & to get back on the highway. the room was clean, air conditioning was wonderful (very hot day & night). The staff was very helpful & happy personalities. I was able to leave early due to 24/7 access.

the bathroom (all built in one plastic cubical) wasn’t suitable for me. I’m a larger person with MS which causes me to have mobility issues. Getting in/out of the cubicle wasn’t easy & a bit frightening with the large step, I was worried about falling/slipping., especially with the slippery metal piece in the doorway. There wasn’t much room for a larger person in the cubicle either. I have major issues with stairs, thankfully I was given a ground floor room. I could hear people in the room Nextdoor & in the hallway, it didn’t keep me up, however I was conscious of the noise.

The staff have been extremely friendly and accommodating and approachable. All staff from the front desk through to the housekeeping staff; made us feel like we were coming to stay with friends or family whilst still upholding professional standards.All staff make you feel like a v.i.p. /that they are happy to speak with you and that they actually enjoy their jobs (a very refreshing and welcomed experience); For the staff alone I would happily be a return customer. 😀

The facilities whilst great value for money they do need an upgrade/ fixing (i.e. the bathrooms and blinds on the window)

The young lady on reception when we arrive was very friendly. We were given a disable room as the young lady said this way u don't have to step up into the bathroom. Very lovely of her. Room was very roomy and the bathroom was huge. Advise we would like to have breakfast here at the Ibis in the morning. The young lady then advised I won't put the amount on your account now just in case u can't make breakfast in the morning. Very impressed.

Great location and facilities, great price. The private shower and toilet was awesome too for not having to share with others. Also the staff and guy/owner who checked me in was awesome (I arrived hours early and my room wasn't ready yet so I got a free upgrade to a larger bed- I wouldn't advise on doing this for a free upgrade as it was a once off goodwill gesture and you should arrive at your checkin time). Also everything is included, barfridge, tv, sink.

Nothing, it was worth the money paid. Just maybe it would have been a little better if there was a desk and chair in the room for those of us there for work/study (there is a very small table and chair but not comfortable to sit for hours).

The cleanliness of the room and the car park

The shower room needs repair as water was not flowing out through the outlet fast enough, the water was flowing into the toilet area and also being retained in the centre of the shower room.

The price. Rooms were clean and had everything that was needed for an overnight stay.

The fact that I booked two rooms and they both weren't of the same standard. One room was updated and the other was old and shabby. Was disappointed that both rooms weren't of the same standard. Paid the same would expect to get the same.

The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful and accommodating with my requests.

The bathroom was a little old and needed some repairs in the shower area.(chips in fibreglass, cornaces etc). The floor was a little dirty and the skirting boards could do with a good scrub to remove all the scuff marks. Maybe a proper sitting chair with a back rest may make it more comfortable.

Great location. Easy to catch train to Sydney. Very clean and quiet at night for a sound sleep. Compact room but does have everything you need during travel. You can use the microwave outside of the reception. Very secure as you need room key to enter after 9pm when reception is not attended.

Easy to find, not far off the freeway. Great for an overnight stay. We had a very late check in but staff were great organised keys and txt thru the late check in procedure. No issues. Nice hot shower and comfy bed great overnight stay. We have stayed here many times when doing long trips from Albury to the Mid north Coast.
