The staff were friendly. Good bar area and pool tables. Room was clean and good sized bathroom. Very close to lots of takeaway outlets and Leumeah train station. They kindly made sure my elderly Mum had extra blankets and their room air-con was on before they got home (after they said they were cold the first night of their stay).

The pool faces Campbelltown Rd. Quite noisy due to traffic if swimming. Decor was dated. The restaurant was a bit pricey. We had a family room with a kitchen, but the kitchen was only basically equipped. The kids bedroom would have been OK for little kids, but squashy for older teens.

i had a room suitable for a wheelchair. lots of space.

no microwave, and rather belatedly I saw the sign that said 'cooking is not allowed' - after I had done a 'pour boiling water in this container' meal. and no plates to help serve take away meals. (bowls for breakfast - but only 2 of them. just as well there weren't 3 of us in the room!). and the rubbish bin wasn't really big enough for the used pizza box. (was there an outside rubbish bin?) I had early starts and was made anxious about the notice about locking the gate. as it turned out, that wasn't a problem. I'm not much good at reading stuff on my phone: disappointed that info about the motel had to be accessed online via a QR code

We had 2 rooms one up stairs that had a kitchen and separate bedroom, there was plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers my son loved the pool , the second room was on the ground floor with disability access for my Dad. both rooms were clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay .the staff were lovely and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend this motel the website photos don't do the place justice . would definitely stay again. The pricing was very reasonable

Can't fault anything

The room was huge and had the most comfortable couch we have ever had in a motel room. It was built in the late 1980s and still had many of the original fittings so it was a bit of a time warp but a very pleasant one. Everything was in top condition and very clean. Very quiet air conditioner. We had dinner in the restaurant which was excellent. A longer stay would have been good to enjoy the facilities more.

Sorry to say that the pillow and mattress could have been better. There are only limited breakfast options available. We chose this because the location suited us but visitors should be aware that it not close to the main CBD.

The staff were all friendly and helpful, our room on the lower level at the back was superbly quiet, decent size, clean and comfortable. Bonus is the really nice pool, big enough for a good swim. Good parking in the grounds, albeit with height limitation.

The entry is via an industrial area, but no matter as it makes for easy access, carpets a bit grubby which seems to be the norm in Sydney, maybe from the overly wet season. If you can overlook the dated decor and a few signs of wear and tear it's still a great place to stay.

The saltwater pool was awesome, especially when it was quiet and there's a jacuzzi feature. The gym was very well equipped and the staff were lovely. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was huge and gorgeous. The water and ice machine in the hall was a nice touch. I appreciated the efforts to be environmentally friendly too.

I found the bed slightly less comfortable than other places. It was a shame the restaurant and bar were closed during our stay - but the staff gave us cutlery so we could eat in our room which was great.

The room was a good size, the bathroom was huge, we could come and go as we pleased without having to disturb anyone else, the staff were very helpful whenever we had questions about anything.

The family room we stayed in had no microwave so that made it a little difficult with 3 children, although I didn't realise there were rooms with kitchens. The main bed was a little hard for my liking, I did end up with a sore back for a few days but some may like that kind of bed.

Triple the room size of Ibis budget motel we came from for only + $34 pn on a week long stay. WiFi over 4 Mps & much cleaner. Enjoyed free laundry + dryer & saltwater pool with spa. Shower was also much more spacious, no more accidentally turning off the water too early.

Daily housekeeping isn't full service unless you ask for it. The motel's review hyperlink doesn't work either.

Dinner, check-in, room was ok once the small A/C worked to its capacity due to cold night

Only one face flannel between 2 people even though there 2 towels. When I asked for another I got one but normally they only supply one between 2 people. I have been in a lot of hotels/motels around Australia and througout the world and its the first they said that was thier policy.

clean comfortable and spacious rooms. staff are lovely and very understanding.

we had one incident where a room held a party - we didn’t realise the QR code had after hours contacts. maybe that needs to be promoted a bit more as we could have rang them to let them know earlier. but even with that the problem was solved and staff were amazing in regard to that one problem room.
