We recently stayed at this motel and absolutely loved the excellent location! It was so easy to access all the nearby shops and attractions. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, making our stay comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made a big difference in our experience. The only downside was that the lady running the restaurant could have been a bit more welcoming. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!

Friendly staff at checkin. Bed was great. I like a firm mattress. Woke up to realise I had one of the deepest sleeps I've had for ages. Hotel location is quiet. Room has all basics you need. Pool was very welcome on a very hot day, and it's nice and deep.

It is basic accommodation so you can't expect too much, and all the things that matter are in place, but carpet is lifting and could be a trip hazard in room 8 so maybe needs fixing, and 1 towel had a tear in it.

We paid about $60 extra per night, to upgrade to an apartment which was a great idea. 2 generous bedrooms and a comfortable sofa bed (by Koala) in the lounge room. The lounge and dining area were also spacious. Everything you need re: kitchen facilities, laundry and toiletries, we just needed to buy hair conditioner as there was only a “2 in 1” option. All the staff were lovely and really helpful. Shops are close by, pool was fun, it was cold but kids still loved it. Great place to stay if you’re needing to be in that specific area like we were.

Property was in a great central location but wasn’t noisy. Rooms were quite spacious and price was reasonable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Facilities were a little worn however both room and bathroom was clean and serviced well during our stay. We had a little issue with plumbing in the bathroom of our room, however the staff were great and acted promptly to try and resolve the problem and then moved us to another room when they weren’t able to fix the issue.

Very friendly reception staff at this motel gave me a good impression of my first visit to Campbelltown. I was allowed to check in over an hour early (top marks and better service than some name brand hotel chains!) The room was spacious and well equipped with a good TV and air conditioning, perfectly fine for an overnight stay. Coffee and tea facilities were also good. This motel has a huge carpark area, unlike many, so there is no issue if you need to do a U-turn in your family SUV. This is a large property with heaps of outside space so drive in confidently. Not a lot of convenience stores on the doorstep but a short walk will bring you to a 7 Eleven and a service station so all good. Chinese restaurant on-site is convenient. Nice overnight stay.

Carpet seems a bit freyed in places, some weird marks on the light fittings above the bed look like someone has had a bad accident. Bathroom smelt a bit funny...

There was plenty of space for us all (4) to move around. Bedroom and lounge areas were spacious, clean and comfortable. The large mirrors on the closet doors were helpful for (concert) outfit checks. The bathroom was clean and though we didn't use it I loved the option to have a bath that was separate to the actual shower. Staff were exceptional, friendly and welcoming. It was also greatly convenient to have the Golden Wheel Chinese Restaurant within the premises, the food there was amazing. The pool area was clean and relaxing.

The property was in a great location, the staff were great and the room was a good size with a good bathroom we will definitely book there again next time we are down for an event.

Our windows didn’t actually lock properly if u were to pull them from the outside they would open due to loose latches, the carpets were heavily stained, a mat outside the door would help with the carpets but the room was clean and tidy regardless of the carpets so not a big deal to me.

Good location. A bit of a walk if you want to get to eateries, though. On-site restaurant serves is a Chinese that reviews well, but not suitable if you don’t want Chinese. Located < 2km from Tesla supercharger Campbelltown, making it a good overnight stop.

Air conditioner had frozen over from previous occupant that lead to defrost and dripping for some time. Staff knew the problem immediately and were more than happy to provide towels/bucket to catch the dripping.

A great value hotel for the price. Great size room, good heating and hot water. Easy parking out front of hotel room. A very nice Chinese Restaurant on site with tasty food. We chose to stay here the night before an international flight as we live 4 hours away, and with the ease of access to the M5 motorway straight to the airport it was a much more economical decision than paying more for a hotel closer to the airport.

No negatives for us. For the price paid we got all we needed and expected.

Lovely & spacious room for me & my family the staff were very friendly aswell had a mini fridge which we loved and tea & coffee station..Would definitely recommend to Family & Friends.

Their should be allocated car park space for each room with the room number on it or something because we had to park pretty far from our room everytime we got back to the Motel as the parking spaces were all full right outside our room area.
