How easy it was to check in with my little family. How close everything was. Loved how clean the apartment was. Was the best apartment I've ever stayed in. 3 bedroom apartment plus 2 toilets shower and bath. Loved how there was a dryer and washing machine. Also disher and air con in every room.

Need more cooking utensils like a frying pan and a little pot. The courtyard could of been more entertaining by giving it more attention with outdoor decorations with lights or fake grass and BBQ. The area needs to be more alive. But other than that we enjoyed the stay!

We did not eat breakfast provided by Quest. We brought our own. The apartment was comfortable overall. The kitchen and bathroom were really good. Good sized dining table with comfortable chairs, a nice big TV and comfy lounge. Really nice having a balcony too, being able to open the door for fresh air. Relatively quiet too, considering it’s in a busy area.

The bed was a little on the hard side and the bottom sheet did not reach the end of the bed so it kept tucking up as we slept.

VThe room we booked was big in size, the bed was great, the shower was very good, pressure was ok to good. Cleanliness of room was very good. Aircon may need attention as it was set to cool 18° and it ran all night, I'm not sure why it didn't seem to cool the room down that much. We slept under the sheet some of the night, but mostly uncovered. Breakfast was pro ably a fail. Scrambled eggs looked raw (Still gooey and lots of liquid, didn't eat any). Bacon was very crispy (didn't eat any) hash browns were cool to warm at best. Tomatoes were still very firm (didn't eat any) and the small sausages ?? Didn't eat any. The juice was nice and the coffee ok. The lady in the breakfast room was nice, friendly and talkative. Check in was fast and easy as was checkout. Would most Definately stay again if in the area.

The information on the card in your room needs updating. It states breakfast is served between 6.30am and 9.00pm?? On check in, im sure I was told 6.30 - 10.00 which most motels are. We were there at 8.30am, so we were fine, but other people came in at 9.05am and were told " we are closed, sorry". So they had to leave without breakfast.

I loved that their was a washing machine and dryer their the room was nice and cosy and we were surrounded by different food facilities I also received extra towels with out hesitation and service was prompt also the fridge is a good size to keep food and drinks in overall would definitely come back 😊

Their wasn’t anything not too like surrounded by food outlets shopping centres not too far away even the train station was close only thing I didn’t like was the cold weather 😊

Good facility! Well run operation with the Night Manager in place for late check-in. Room was comfortable, clean and tidy. TV on the hinge bracket is a nice touch for watching super comfortably in bed. Good kitchenette facility.

Could do with on-site food (beyond breakfast) option, if ever on option to expand on, although the nearby fast food is handy. Bathroom a little dated/dripping shower + minor calcification throughout.

We just loved the staff - from the confirmation call (they had my details and requests in front of them), to their follow-through and professional people on the reception desk, they were amazing! The apartment - 1 bedroom, spacious, clean, the bed was sooooooo comfortable. The location - literally outside the door are a huge range of eating establishments and easy access to trains etc. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Minor suggestions only - to provide a bigger bin in the kitchen (2 night stay un-serviced due to a weekend, it overflowed); catered breakfast even if simple on weekends would be a nice to have.

Facilities good and wide ranging ie utensils etc, Balcony option great! Large shower cubical. Easy walking distance to many food places. Staff friendly and helpful.

Bed was hard, Bathroom small, carpet tiles in room and corridor very worn and in need of a steam clean. Parking is tight especially when the "labelled spots- small car" are empty and the parks for big cars are all taken by the small cars! We had a big car and had trouble finding a suitable parking spot twice. Considering we paid for a spot this is poor management and disappointing.

Very comfortable 1 bedroom apartment. Nice and spacious with a king size bed which was very comfortable. Nice cooking facilities too and the washing machine and dryer were lovely and new.

I couldn't fault the accommodation but all I could add is the mobile phone chargers are a little outdated in the desk and I think a bluetooth speaker or stereo would be a nice bonus in the room.

The room was clean and presentable on arrival. Exceeded expectations when it came to the bed as was only expecting a double or maybe a queen size bed but ended up in a King size.

The cost of breakfast, @$18 per adult, was a bit expensive. Thoughts could go towards making breakfast more affordable for those on a budget.

This was our second time at Quest Campbelltown, and the experience has been beyond exceptional. If you're visiting Campbelltown, do not hesitate to book. Friendly staff, clean, spacious rooms, washer & dryer, and a kitchen, in case you don't feel like eating out.
