Rooms were great and clean, only two nights of my 14 night stay room wasn’t cleaned.. didn’t look like you’d expect it to look like it did once inside, the renovation did wonders. also the staff at reception especially Vivienne was excellent to deal with. Handy 7/11 and Bonnerig nearby some eateries within walking distance. There’s plenty of free parking, safe with cctv too.

There was one housekeeping woman that shouted through the door on my last day if I had extended time with reception (I did night before) would have been good if communication from reception was given to housekeeping to avoid me holding the door at 5past 10 in the morning. Laundry services coin dispense upgrade needed took $2 coins when asked for $1 and only gave 10mins spin time when should have been 20mins. Upgrade vending machine and snack stock didn’t use but looks gruesome.

For the price, accomdation was good. Neat and tidy. Thought it was unusual that they required a $200 deposit each room, as I booked 7x rooms. The place still requested a $200 deposit be left on each individual room. ($200 x 7) Unsure how long it takes for funds to go back into my account, its been 2 days now and still haven't received funds back.

The fact that they require $200 and deposit on each room booked. This kind of thing is unheard of this day and age.

The staff were fantastic. The checkin and checkout process was easy and great. The hotel is old but the accommodation has been updated and is very clean and comfortable. Our meal at the Bistro was great. Great choices with an Asian Fusion and pub food choices.

As an older couple, the stairs were a bit of a challenge, but we would prefer to walk up a few stairs to a clean, comfortable, room than be on the ground is a sub standard room.

Staffs are excellent. We actually did a bit of early check in 30 mins to standard check-in time due to my girl was bit upset coz we travelled all night she didnt sleep well. Luckily room is ready, I know its unusual but thank you for trying reception -Tracey. You made our date amazing, my girl was back to happy :)

Too busy even night time, it is ok as we are from countryside...just us. But so far so good.

Given the outside of the hotel looks a little old and run-down, I was cautious about the accommodation but it was beautiful, secure, clean and spacious. Sound proofing also seemed to be great since the room was very quiet. I would recommend this to fellow travellers

If there is every enough funds to fix up the exterior of the hotel it would be worth considering

How Clean the rooms were as well as the Beautiful Aroma when entering the main hallway to get to your rooms. Our room was cleaned daily, fresh towels, soap, shampoo & conditioner along with our beds being remade and garbage bags being emptied. The beds are like Sleeping on clouds, extremely comfortable. Loved the ease of walking downstairs to have dinner which was Absolutely Beautiful as well as a Great Variety of choices for adults and children and not expensive. Will definitely be staying again..

When we first pulled up we were a bit surprised as it looked like a pub. My husband and I looked at each other and said, "Is this the right location?". But the staff were lovely and the room was clean and comfortable. In fact, it was cleaner than the Meriton in Bondi where we'd stayed the night before!

Rooms including bathrooms are newly renovated (September 2024), are clean and are a good size for the price. Just off a main road (but we didn't hear the traffic) so easy to get to a main road and quickly get around. The meals downstairs were good pubs meals at a good price.

Outside could do with a tidy up.

The renovations were great! The rooms looked nice and were clean. The daily cleaning, free water, comfortable pillows and aroma was great. Loved the free parking out front.

The blinds need to be bigger to cover the windows properly. The blinds have so much sunlight coming in, in the morning and they don’t cover the full window width. The bed was listed as ‘king bed’ definitely was only a double or queen and wasn’t all that comfortable.

The water pressure in the shower isn't great and took sometime to run hot water. One morning the shower didnt get hot at all. Also there was no microwave which was dissapointing as I had to eat takeaway food everyday
