The room was large and nicely renovated, with good facilities. The staff were helpful, courteous and accommodating.

There were a couple of minor issues relating to the fact that it was an older building - such as the bathroom door not shutting properly. nothing major. I am also used to the traditional motel parking where each room has the parking space in front of it allocated to it - we can back at night to find our space taken and had to park outside someone else’s room, and were then worried they would be upset. perhaps numbers on the parking spaces would help.

For budget option accommodation in the Hunter valley this really exceeded our expectations! It was clean, comfortable and everything worked. We were a party of 3 women and they allowed us to have 2 single beds and a double bed free of charge so that we all had our own bed. We were also allowed a late check out free of charge which was amazing! Highly recommend staying here.

There were some stains on the towels provided.

Bed was comfortable, and 2 pillows each. Room was clean and shower was hot and strong. Nice fluffy towels and there was even a sink plug. Very good air conditioning as well.

One bedside light wasn't working and the batteries in the aircon remote were old and leaking. We had to interchange with the tv remote. Room was quite small. There was a disturbance in the middle of the night with yelling, swearing and banging on doors.

Receptionist was very helpful and kind on the phone upon my arrival. I was supposed to check in late (after trading hours) and she really wanted to assist by staying late and waiting for us. I got there earlier anyway, but the kindness was exceptional. That is what is missing from other places sometimes. Thank you for the clean, tide room and confutable bed as well. Definitely will stay there again in the future and share all the info with friends and family.

Great sized bedrooms..clean ,foxtel ,bar fridge and coffee making facilities and the staff were excellent.The owners were very friendly and helpful and I was 30mins late so they even stayed open half hour longer for me to arrive and the cleaners were great ,gave me extra coffee sugar and milk in the morning 🌄 ...you can't ask for much more for $88 plus McDonald's, Zambrero Mexican and a great local pub are all within 3 minutes walking distance

The pool closing so early...the main reason I chose this place was because it had a pool ,I was looking forward to relaxing beside the pool after a swim ,i don't understand why it closes at all besides that the owners were really nice people and I was late arriving ,hey even stayed at reception an extra 30 mins

Beds were a bit hard. Pillows were flat. Reception advised on departure that they could give me different ones on subsequent visits if required. Will visit again in warmer weather to utilise pool.

Location is close to town centre. Fast food retail across the road. Parking available. Good automatic security lighting in car park. Driving distance to wineries and cafes. Good room service. Friendly staff. Bed is comfy. Amenities just we wanted as a family- bar fridge, microwave, toaster etc.

Nothing major- may be clean the exhaust fan in bathroom, cold air coming in the door gaps. Door draft stopper may do the trick.

Book in was 2pm which we needed for a 4pm wedding. Crowne plaza was triple the price and check in was 3pm which didn't leave enough time for us to get ready for the wedding. The motel was very clean and quiet. Nice beds. Excellent air conditioning had it been a stinking hot day I would have been extremely grateful. My daughter and I were in room 1. Fast food outlets across the road.

Room was clean and easy to access. Overall just what anyone would expect from a standard motel room, however, their service was consistent from my last visit. Would recommend for a short overnighter if you're getting work done. Accepts NSW Stay Vouchers if you have them.

Honestly, not much to write here. It's everything you would expect from a typical motel room.
