Breakfast was good value for money. The views of the beach and the grounds of Aanuka are exceptional. The pool areas, barbeque area and kids play area were well maintained! The size of the rooms in our bure were excellent, loved the bathroom and the bed was very comfortable.

Our bure smelt musty, but we rectified this with a scented candle! The bure could have been very stylish but the red accessories and dark timber looked very harsh. For a beachside destination a blue or green styled decor with some plants or shells as accessories would have suited the room much better. The bures could be advertised as romantic getaways with improved styling!

Amazing facilities with a beachfront view while you enjoy your buffet breakfast! Had a great dining experience in the casay restaurant with my family. They also had good selection of drinks available in the pool bar! Since hubby and baby were both down with sickness, we still had a good relaxing time to recover from our trip. Was really glad to book a 3 night stay here as a break from our Sydney to Gold Coast roadtrip. Would love to bring my extended family here! Location of our cottage was very close to everything, very ideal while travelling with our little one. Also, the spa bath was a great bonus!

A bit limited access to the restaurant since they don't have a ramp so not stroller/wheelchair friendly. Although you can have the option to get your food delivered to your room. Would have love to see healthier food options for lunch.

this property so our first room had a smell of mould so I called reception and they moved me room at we as a family where happy to be moved so the experience started of bad but after being moved. we absolutely loved this resort free put put golf equipment surf equipment beautiful tennis courts and tennis equipment all equipment was free pools and spa areas all beautiful.. bbq area where beautiful too so many pools here so many bbq area restaurant looking out too the ocean and amazing fire pits outside for the night.. so like I said experience started off bad but ended up being great can’t wait to be back soon..oh if I could also mention the breakfast buffet is one of my worst buffets iv been to and wifi was 5out of 10

The facility is great, beautiful bure and bueatiful facilities such as pool, playground, family friendly. The staffs are helpful. We would definitely want to gp back to have a vacation there next time.

Due to other issues, we arrive so much later than we planned (5:50am), we just wanted to quickly check in and grab our keys and sleep. Turns out the safe was out of battery, even we were on a call with a staff, we were not able to get the key after 30mins. It would be better if they checked if the safe works before putting the keys in. Also, it would be nice to be able to request for late check out with the late night staff rather than have to call the receptionist at 8am would be really much better.

It was very clean and tidy, the facility and grounds are beautiful. There is a nice space between pools and tennis courts etc to not over crowd. Proximity to the beach was great! Kids pools and slide was super cool and open till 9:30pm, also has neat hot tubs!

Didn't like how far it was from parking to room. Long way to carry luggage with big family but to be fair, there is trolleys, didn't find these until on our way out. Not happy with extra security deposit that we didn't know about an hadn't budgeted for and will only be returned in approx 2 weeks! Also we booked a 3 bedroom villa but on check in discovered that that there was only 2 rooms in apartment and one non joining room, therefore hubby stayed in one room with kids and I stayed in the other, not ideal.

The staff were fantastic, went out of their way to offer a solution when the carpark gate wouldn't open and the key wouldn't work for another carpark. Everything was clean and in good condition. Breakfast was quite expensive especially for younger children that don't eat much. Would be great if the restaurant was open on Sunday nights to cater for a big lack of options in the area.

Soundproofing in the rooms would be good as you can hear your neighbours having a conversation. Doors are also a bit stiff (could be due to recent rain). More food options on-site would be great for families (even being able to order things like toasted sandwiches or salad rolls would be great cost conscious lunch options)

The facilities and room were very good (shower not so good). The location of our room was very good being central to car park etc. Unfortunately I will need to comment on the Breakfast below in what we didn't like. But in saying that the selection of breakfast was good.

We were disappointed in the breakfast. The bacon and sausages were cold. They were not even warm. We were disappointed in how the shower in our room was set out. Being that when you stood in the bath to have your shower the shower head was fitted on the wall facing the vanity thus you had a glass screen door behind you and there was very little room to move.

The Resort is set out really well. There is a sense of space and privacy and the gardens are meticulous. We found the staff really friendly and helpful. The food was outstanding, both at breakfast and dinner.

We arrived in the rain and it was a fair walk from the carpark to our Unit. There were umbrellas but we found it hard going and imagine that others our age would have the same problem. It would be really helpful if there was a strategy in place to offer assistance when it is raining to help people, particularly elderly people, to get to their units with their luggage.

The location was great! Loved being right by the beach and it was close to The Big Banana and other attractions. We had some minor issues with our original room, and the staff quickly resolved them and even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine for the trouble. The staff were great!

No good phone reception in the area and the wifi provided by the resort was not good as it would drop in and out and weak signal when it was connected. The restaurant and bar had no atmosphere and menu was limited and pricey.

The room was large and I loved the sky view from the spa bath

The position of the room. Up near the road. The restaurant. I couldn't get a booking until late. When I arrived there was hardly any people. I think someone spoke to me, wasn't sure as it was more like a throw of words I watch four lovely looking steaks sit there for about 5 or more minutes. Waiting to be given to whoever ordered. Hoping it was all things out of the staffs control as it seemed to be hectic. As I was seated I was told I couldn't order anything yet, I asked what about a drink and was told no. My mind did boggle as to what was happening. It really impacted my stay. I left the restaurant and was too tired to go out to purchase food, lucky I always travel with a 3 minute noodle
