A lovely little motel with everything as listed which we have rated a 10 out of 10,

REALLY upset about the clock alarm which went off at 5am....! Room was dark, we were in a deep sleep and kept pushing whichever button we could find (which ended up being the snooze button) so it keep going off every 15 minutes until we finally got up. We had hoped for a weekend away with a sleep- in so NOT impressed. My suggestion would be that the cleaning staff reset alarm when room is cleaned after each guess leaves. We have travelled the world and never experienced this problem. A REAL DISAPPOINTMENT.

Lyn was wonderful, she made sure all my bedding was washed on sensitive detergent after I'd had an allergic reaction at my previous hotel. I got a great night's sleep. The rooms are big and the bed is super comfortable. The shower is great. The pool is brilliant, saltwater and gets the sun on it from quite early. It's right by a beautiful beach and there are a few places to go in the evening to socialise and have a dance. We went to Hoey Mowey's which is a short walk away.

It was all wonderful.

Brilliant location to enjoy the beach and had a choice of dining venues in a comfortable walking distance. Staying at Park Beach allowed us to avoid the usual Coffs Harbour traffic congestion. Our room 10 was the last room at the very back of the property. It was so quiet, thank you.

My husband is a restless sleeper thus we need two beds. Our room 10 was small, so space was tight, but it would not deter us from returning.

It was very clean and great location. The owner seems nice.

The alarm went off at 12:15am and 7am which was really annoying. Also there must be a guy who lives there, he was extremely drunk and started yelling at me when we got back from our concert at the local pub accusing me of having extra people stay in my room which I was rather unhappy about. The management need to put that guy on a leash if he's going to live there.

location very convenient for access to both beach and town Centre. Room was neat and clean. Ample space for a couple. Bed was ok ( my partner prefers a firmer mattress).

Watch the way the shower door opens. I managed to scrap my side getting out of the shower - OK i might not have been paying a lot of attention

Good location, secure parking, very clean.

Being told not to use booking agency as we have paid too much and they have to pay a fee. How I choose to book and how I choose to spend my money, is no one else’s business but mine. It would be much more pleasant if the manager/ owner kept his own personal opinions to himself.

the property was clean, quiet and comfortable. It wasn’t ideal for a four day stay, but we made it work. the bed was comfortable, kitchenette had everything we needed to make our own breakfast and lunch ( jug, toaster, crockery, cutlery, fridge). our room was refreshed fully once and rubbish, towels etc on the other days. owners were chatty, helpful and friendly. the pool and BBQ looked great but we didn’t use them. Shops were a quick car trip and the beach was a few minutes walk away.

small but ok for the money

The owners were extremely helpful with advice as to where shopping area, tourist sites and eating places were. Within walking distance of pub, several restaurants/cafes and the bowls club. Meals at bowls club were excellent and good value for cost. Nice beaches within short drive, got good coffee from van at Diggers Beach. Short drive to Surf Club, highly recommend for breakfast, great views.

From the moment I walked into the reception, the friendly greeting by the owner set this up to be an enjoyable stay. Our room was spotlessly clean and well laid out with modern furnishings.

If they had an on-site laundry, I could almost give them a 10.

Was in such a great location. But honest to god, it was the cleanest accommodation I think I have ever stayed at. The bathroom was absolutely sparkling. The bed was so comfortable. The staff were oh so friendly. A place we would definitely stay again if we are down that way!
