Beachpark Apartments Coffs Harbour

Left 2 adult females + 1 adult male with only 1 spare roll of toilet paper apart from used roll on dispenser to last us 3 days so had to go to supermarket to buy 2 extra rolls & we left 1 remaining on departure. Also a used towel was hanging on the end of the railing on the verandah adjacent to poolside area from time of arrival until time of departure which was not from our use.

This was our second stay at BeachPark apartments. We will be back. We stayed in apartment 102. It is a great unit in a fabulous location within the block. The pool is lovely and clean and the grassed area around the pool fantastic for kids to play. The kitchen is fresh and new and the bed and linen lovely. The bed is firm. The block out curtains provide a lovely opportunity for a good sleep in. The styling of the entire property is really cool! Thanks

There is nothing to fault about Beach Park. I guess the only thing that would be good would be the availability of having a late checkout when possible.

We’ve stayed at the Beachpark Apartments a couple of times now and both times we have been impressed with its cleanliness and immaculate kept grounds. We’ve seen many families with kids come to stay and play and lounge around the pool but there is never any mess left about for long and everything is tidied up and back in its place quickly. BUT we’ve never felt like staff is lurking about, in fact, I think I’ve only once seen a cleaner. check in and check out is easy, and we’ve managed to cook breakfast and dinners in the apartment, which is wonderful after lots of takeaway fast food on our travels. shops are 5mins drive away, cafes and restaurants nearby, and playground and beach walking distance away. we love it here!

if I can suggest having salt and pepper and maybe oil as well available in the kitchen, that would be useful to have

Roomy and comfortable all we needed was provided. We could easily walk to local cafes and beach or beach walk. It was a little further to shops but five minutes in the car took us to a convenient shopping centre. The location is not in the main town but was chosen for this reason to be quiet. Covered parking was an unexpected bonus!

It did not bother us but all the apartments faced the pool and sitting on the patio meant you were in view of all other folk. It was great for families though as children could be in the pool and parents relaxing on the patio in easy view.

Rooms were really good. Location great. In very proximity of the harbor. Management system great. I had to reschedule the dates. The staff was very helpful on that. I was given call for check in time and process. Over all I really liked this place. I have visited this place twice. I will keep visiting this property.

The only problem I could find was in the hallway, there were too many insects at night because of the light. once we open the door of the room they were getting in to the room as well. The solution to the problem is a door on each side of the hallway to prevent insects to get in to the hallway. This is very minor issue.

Exceptional. I very rarely comment however the cleanliness and quality of the bed , linen , etc could rival any 5 star hotel. I particularly loved the fact that there was no smoking at all not even on the balcony . Every need was met even milk in the fridge . Thank you for providing such good accommodation. I felt safe and secure .

Was apprehensive about the area however once explored got to know a lovely pizza place for dinner and Saturday morning markets were great

what a wonderfully set up hotel-apartments! clean, comfy, breezy, well-kept grounds, nice pool, excellent location, convenient and free onsite car parking that’s covered! my kids enjoyed the very close walk to the playground, and the wonderfully picturesque and quiet beach, and the food options nearby.

not much to dislike about the property to be honest; they made great choices on what to reno/upgrade. if there’s anything that might need attention it’s the sliding door handles that have had signs of wear and tear.

The location of the apartments was amazing, set on a street from the beach and next to bars and restaurants. The room was super clean upon our arrival and we had a balcony from the room.

There was no staff on site when we arrived, but there was a phone number to call. The description of the rooms says all of the rooms have fully equipped kitchens, but we were told as we booked a hotel style room there was no oven or hob. But it didn't say hotel style room when we booked.

The apartment was clean and nice. After a long road trip, it was good to have a nice apartment waiting for you. The location was great for our case - a short distance to a nice beach. We all loved that we could relax there without walking too far; the kids were so excited to be in the water. The complex itself had a swimming pool, which is great, too.

The apartment didn't have the washing machine/dryer so if staying longer than a few days it would have been problematic.

It had easy access. It was quiet, clean, & had nice grounds, plus having a carpark. Facilities were good.

I was looking for a bit of salt & pepper, I feel this is something that is handy to provided. A bit more information & directions for the surrounding area. ie walking distances to cafes & small corner shops. A bus timetable & taxi services info would be a good idea, to included in the apartment.
