Location was perfect for a one-night stay between Sydney and Brisbane. On the main road so direct access, next to a good Chinese restaurant and bottle shop, so convenient for dinner. Jason at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The room is clean and neat, and the bed is comfortable. Microwave, kettle and some dinnerware available (although we didn't use them.)

Limited parking and we ended up with an awkwardly tight space. (This is due to size of lot so there's not much that could be done about it.) Bathroom is quite small but again a constraint due to the building design. Really not very much to complain about.

We were able to secure a room last minute on our way traveling from Queensland to New South Wales. We received a call from the manager to ensure we knew where we were going and when we arrived we were met by that same friendly manager who also recommended a great local thai restaurant after we asked for a good place to eat. The rooms were beautiful. Clean, comfortable and well appointed with lush linens and even lovely biscuits and loose tea and teapot. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was also very modern and clean with nice products for us to use. I would highly recommend staying here.

Every single thing! 💝💝💝 To the staff at CBD . I deliberately left your review till last as we had to stay in quite a few places on our trip. I have to say without doubt for a little country motel you sure are punching above your weight 💝💝 Your motel became the yardstick by which we judged the rest. The cleanest, best smelling, freshest, plushest towels by far! Beautiful soft clean sheets and comfy bed💝 The ace in the pack was the breakfast 💝 My fussy husband wouldn’t shut up about it 💝💝

The bathroom was quite small but hey! Not much you can do about the building 😂 Would be an incredible place if they could somehow fit in a little restaurant. ( yeah I know, no room 😂)

Excellent location, right opposite CexClub for Anzac Day Dawn Service. Comfortable beds, clean room, good hot water. Appreciated the ear plugs provided in case the nearby traffic was troublesome. Good big television. Also appreciated the pump pack shampoo, body wash and conditioner in the shower (but not same near wash basin - small wrapped soap provided there.)

No hand towels - seems to be a thing these days. Lots of face washers, though! Floor in shower was a bit slippery. Only 2 hooks for bath towels; minimal shelf space in bathroom.

We were arriving late and received a text message during the afternoon noting we had been upgraded to a superior room (1 large bed and 2 single beds - instead of 1 large and 1 single). Room was clean and tidy and updated and contained tea and coffee making facilities in a small kitchen area. The bathroom was also recently renovated. Whilst it is located on the main highway of Coffs, we couldn't hear any traffic. We took advantage of early checkout and left prior to meeting any staff but the common areas were all very clean and quiet.

The room was modern, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom had large pump bottles of products instead of little bottles, which is much more sustainable. The products were of high quality too. The room has a microwave, which made it much easier to sterilise bottles for our baby and to warm food. The bed was comfortable and had nice linen. The room was nicer than many hotels we have stayed in, but cost much less.

The location was great. The shopping centre is walking distance as well as some decent restaurants. The rooms theme selves are excellent condition, spacious and the beds are comfortable.

It is located on the main road and unfortunately sound of the passing vehicles is quite noticeable at nights. However the beds are quite comfortable and the property offers ear plugs if needed.

The staff were very friendly & accomodating. Family room was comfortable & spacious for a family of 5. Bathroom was small but very modern, shower had good pressure & temperature. Free laundry facilities which was fantastic for our stay as we were attening a sports tournament & it was muddy. Location was perfect for us but some may have an issue with traffic noise at night.

The only fault i have is the parking is tight & not allocated per room. However there is 1 car spot per room.

Room was a bit noisy from adjacent rooms, and something (aircon?) in room would buzz every 15 minutes or so. Couldn't adjust aircon temp, kept decreasing temp setting but room stayed too warm.

Very friendly welcome and the location is great. Walking distance to C.ex, where we had a nice dinner. The Dark Arts Cafe & Bar is also within walking distance. The room was very clean and the beds comfortable.

The space in the family room. We were 3 people, not much luggage and had problems to put our stuff somewhere. I am not sure what 4 people with more luggage do. The bathroom is beautiful but very small. I guess they can't change that but more towel rails, mirror cabinet etc. would help. The price was rather expensive.
