Location. Nice & quiet. Our room was right near the pool, spa, BBQ facilities. We used the spa. Also used our alfresco table on the balcony. The layout of our room was great for the two couples & it was lovely that we had a courtesy call prior to arrival. The staff organised the configuration of the single beds into a double, which was fantastic service. Upon arrival, the staff were extremely friendly and one lady even showed me to our room & wheeled our luggage there on a trolley while my husband parked our car. We had a fabulous stay.

Would be better to have more parking allocated for the larger rooms that cater for more people. We had two couples and had to park one car down the paddock in the carpark through the bush track. Not good walking back up in the dark. And the single chairs in the room where you watch TV were very uncomfortable. Perhaps another sofa or two recliner type chairs would be good. The dining table chairs were more comfortable. ( I know this is trivial, but we even found sitting on the floor more comfortable than these chairs).

From the moment of booking, the experience was great. The motel rang me to check up on my room requirements, and although we arrived on check-in time, the motel had already contacted us earlier to let us know our room was ready about an hour before check-in. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful, and the room was lovely, nice and airy, big enough for a family of six like ours. Walking to the beach was quick, and we made good use of the pool.

Had to drive to get groceries, not the resort's fault of course.

we arrived to a beautiful place right by the amenities… we had robes, slippers and hand towels made into swans with flower petals scattered.. so gorgeous.. staff were amazing.. they went above and beyond starting with phone calls prior to stay.. the unit was set up exactly as asked.. on arrival a walk welcome, and later that night a follow up call to see if everything was to our liking.. indeed it was from start to finish.. our stay was incredible we are so grateful 😇 the unit is modern, fully equipped with all your needs.. clean and well set up.. the resort itself had everything from pool and spa, bbq area, games room, sun loungers for days.. we couldn’t be happier with our stay.. wifi access.. tv played sport (nrl).. bathrooms so nice and fully stocked.. pretty aesthetics.. loved our stay

parking was a bit tight

The property is in great location short drive to the beach (for those who love to surf) lots of greenery. It is nice how they provide 2 bbq grill in the pool area. Movie night in the pool area is great for family with kids. The 2 bedroom apartment we booked is perfect for family of 4. Lastly, if you like walking, nice to walk around the property morning or afternoon.

2nd bedroom is too small or you feel crowded ( with 2 king single bed), Instead of oven our kitchen is fitted with microwave-oven

it is the most spectacular establishment I have been to , the rooms are spacious with fabulous veiws , the pool is amazing 🤩 the staff are super friendly, the restaurant is stunning 🤩 especially of a night time on the deck ❤️ the coycarp pond is so beautiful and you are allowed to feed them with the kids 🤩 The food is amazing, buffet breakfast exceptional, good strong coffee ☕️ upstairs arcade for the kids 🤩 and that’s only the beginning

Loved the 2 bedroom unit. Had everything that we needed. Enjoyed the open feeling, of the unit and the grounds. The nice touch of a card, Apple cider, and chocolates for my husband for his Birthday. Also the early check in, so that my husband could have his afternoon siesta.

Very POOR. Even in the cheapest hotel/motel that we have stayed at, we have never seen blood on the linen.Didn't like that, when it was time for bed, there was blood on the sheet. When we went to make the bed again saw streaks of blood on the doona. Had two trips to the office to see Mary Anne. Then a bed to remake. NOT GOOD AT ALL. We had Room 102 - 31st August - 2nd September

Room 115 it has a balcony with a view to the pool. The hot tub was amazing. The staff were very helpful and polite. Upon arrival we opened the door to the room and it was very clean and the aircon was already turned on. Definitely recommend and will definitely stay again. 5 stars.

The price was a little steep but I guess that's normal for January. I'm a chef and usually holiday in the off peak period hence why I've paid a lower price in the past at other resorts.

I loved the location and the pool which was heated to around 27’. Just perfect. Used the gym each morning and played golf. 2 bedroom apartment had 2 bathrooms which was great for travelling with my father

I was surprised that the gym didn’t have any cleaning products. The staff weee helpful but these were hard to find.

The setup was perfect for a family stay. The rooms were exceptionally clean, which was perfect for my health needs. I love the new soap dispensers, which had shampoo, conditioner, moisturiser etc. I didn’t have to buy any additional cleaning items for the kitchen & laundry. The kids facilities were perfect for my children who are 10yrs & older, such a pool table & table tennis.

The spa & pool area had mould throughout the floor areas, which made my feet itchy. These area’s definitely needs a gurney.

It was part of a bigger resort i.e. there were multiple properties and a golf course around. The location was excellent. There was a pool that kids enjoyed a lot. Its best value of the money.

Nothing to complaint about really. We were very satisifed with our stay there.
