Hot water system was way to small , ran out of hot water several times , there was only three adults , was looking forward to having a soak in bath only to run out of hot water with bath tub half full Ensuite and main bathrooms where a bit squeezy Would’ve enjoyed the balcony more if there where comfy chairs and a small table especially of the view across the road of beach. Towels should’ve been a lot bigger would’ve been lucky to cover a child , maybe bath sheets would’ve been wonderful . Fan in dining room wasn’t working, no heating or cooling in living areas Better lock on entrance door would be great especially if you had a children

Good layout and floor plan. Having a washer and dryer as tradie is a massive win. Plenty of space. Having two bathrooms and showers are a win. The lounges were comfortable and living area spacious. It’s nice having a balcony. Aircons in every room is a win.

The parking is tight in the basement which can’t be helped 😂 but it’s tight for a Ute. If a couple was staying in the room with the ensuite toilet and shower installing a door for privacy for the women might be a good idea, for us men we don’t really care 😂.

Loved the location, the balcony and the fabulous view! The apartment was great, bathroom had a great shower and seperate bath and was very clean. Loved the extra touches provided like the tealights and candle that added to the atmosphere. Covered parking area was a little tight but ample secure parking out the back worked well for us. Great pool area that unfortunately we didnt get to try this time.

The second bedroom had 2 single beds, but it would have been great to have an option to make into a full bed to accommodate an adult, but that is the only small negative I have.

We traveled with our three young kids, 1, 4, 5 years old. The apartments are just across the road from beach access and playground. The pool is also a fantastic option. Everything within Coffs Harbour is just minutes away to drive. And it’s a great spot to explore the area, which is what we did. There’s plenty of space in the apartment, and it is well equipped. The view to the ocean and mutton bird island is fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay.

It is however located right next to a bottle shop and backpacker accommodation with seasonal workers living there. It was pretty loud most nights, but especially Saturday night. While the place is spacious, it’s rather outdated and the windows and doors are all squeaky and the wind just blows through the windows. While the beds are not uncomfortable, they’re also very squeaky, if somebody moves on them you would hear it at the other side of the apartment. With kids it’s extremely important not to wake them when sleeping and all these noises, especially the doors as you closed or opened them, made life a bit difficult. We had undercover parking, which was great, especially for security, but the parking is a bit awkward to get in and out of, especially if you have a larger car.

The location was perfect; just across the road is the park beach; convenience stores are 2 min drive, or 10 min walk; even better is that there are 2 cafes serving great coffee! One small thing i noticed is, across road there is a pub which tends to run late; can hear loud music or shout at 10 pm-11 pm; but is quiet after 11pm - maybe it is because of the festival season since I stayed over the Xmas holiday time. Didn't bother me much.

Overall perfect including the host, location, cleanness, kitchen, sea view. Maybe the elevator is a bit smaller and seems to be slow. There is only one elevator. The car park is a bit challenging for me to park - I am not good at parking in small space.

Location & staff were very friendly. The view of the beach from our deck was amazing. Great places to eat were only a 1min walk away. Our 2 bedroom apartment was a good size for a family of 4 (2 teenage kids and 2 adults). Underground parking was great…especially when the weather packed in. Free wifi and foxtel.

It was quite windy and a draft was coming through our bedroom windows. Because the windows weren’t properly sealed the wind was making whistling sounds most of the night, which kept us up and when it rained, the water slowly started coming through the gaps. Despite the weather we would have enjoyed our stay a whole lot more but unfortunately we can’t control the weather gods.

Great view of the ocean easy access by lift to the front door of the apartment. Spacious with a good self contained clean apartment on arival. Top location around the city of Coffs Harbour, Park Beach is a beautiful costal northern suburb. 🌊⛱️ 🏢🏣🌴🌴🌴 Entertainment right across the road at the famous Hoey Moey Hotel for music 🎸, touring bands and just good food and a drink🍹 to enjoy a short break. Overall a great location, Tradewinds is a top place to stay.

It's hard to say, depends on individual expectations? Everything was great easy parking the car, in a secure basement lot. The staff were helpful. For the price you can't go wrong. Why would you stay in a tent or caravan ? ⛺️.

Location - Awesome! Beach and restaurants / clubs in easy walking distance. Major shopping center and Jetty precinct only a couple of minutes drive away. View - our apartment was on the side of the building so we had ocean AND hinterland views! The apartments are not new, but well appointed with everything you could possibly need. Lots of kitchen items, full laundry, big wardrobes. We didn't need anything. It was perfect.

Great position across from the beach. Undercover parking secure though bit tight for bigger cars! Located across the road from the hotel with easy access to other clubs/restaurants and an easy drive down to the harbour.

While the kitchen was lovely and looked recently renovated the ceiling was a bit in need of a paint, it did not impact on our stay! The toilet probably due to be replaced.

The location is great, the apartment is decent sized and bathrooms have been renovated. Accommodation is no hassle, quiet neighbours and covered parking. The pool was an inviting temperature and a short walk to the beach. Management are very friendly.

Apartments are combination of owners, renters and people on holidays. This wasn't an issue but it did feel like you were staying at someone's place rather than holiday apartments.
