Room was a good size, clean and tidy and the heater was effective and easy to use. Water pressure in the shower was really strong and there was plenty of hot water. Having Netflix was a really nice bonus too. Check in and out is all done via sms but instructions were clear so it was fine. It's a little bit outside of the town centre but it's an easy 10 minute walk.

Bed was really firm and pillows were very flat - hardly the worst thing in the world though.

The room was clean and adequately equipped. It was warm and mostly quiet. I would happily book again. Staff were easy to contact if required and check in/out procedures were much simpler than I expected. The property is on the way out of town, but this was expected.

I would recommend advising customers of check in procedures earlier than the day before as I did worry about not having staff onsite. Microwave facilities, while available, were outside across a cold slate floor. Less than convenient in the depth of winter. Despite this, I had a comfortable 2 week stay and would happily return.

All Good, room exceptionally clean and very comfortable.. / clean linen and towels../ soft bed, /Hot shower and air-conditioner worked well and A/C was quiet / off street parking just outside room Booked online and when we asked the owner, Betina regarding booking room for a 2nd night there was no issues in doing so. Enjoyed our stay. Great location very close to town.. No hesitation to book and stay again if needed.

Very clean, comfortable bed, reasonably new fittings

The room was at the front of the property and overlooked the main road. Even with double-glazed windows, trucks pulling up the hill out of town were obtrusive. Ask for a room at the back if you want a quieter stay. Also be aware that this motel is a 10-15 minute walk from the centre of town.

It's a lovely motel, in a great location, within easy walking distance of town. Plenty of dining options along the main road. Checkin and out were easy, via phone texts. We've stayed here before, will probably stay again.

Nothing we didn't like about the White Manor. We were disappointed to find out the Royal Hotel pub just across the road was closed and coming under new ownership, hopefully they return soon.

Nice decorated room with beautiful style. Microware is not in the room but there is a big lounge with microware. Beautiful view from our window. Brand new air conditioning. Room has a door with password.

There is no one on-site and all the service/info were provided through mobile phone/text message. It is not a problem for us but I feel it could be not so convenient for visitors from other countries.

Extremely clean, well appointed. Although the room is not big, the layout is really good and as a bonus, you have a two seater couch if you would prefer to sit to watch TV, rather than lay in bed. Great water pressure in the shower, with the bathroom facilities being extremely clean. In addition to tea and coffee making facilities, the room has a microwave and toaster.

Sign at the front of the hotel states it has Foxtel. Not true, or we could not find it. Little disappointing, as we had to go out to watch the NRL.

Our room at White Manor Motel really exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. Clean & comfy bed, big TV screen with Netflix, enough towels for us and a very very clean bathroom. Even though the reception is virtual, the correspondence over text was fine and always got prompt replies. I think its a great place to stay if you're heading out to Jindabyne, Perisher or Thredbo.

very clean room, comfortable bed, good facilities. Reception is largely remote/online which works well, very quiet location despite being located on main road (we had rear unit away from road). Rooms not serviced each day which was OK but should be a discount for later days

Rooms are small, but adequate

A clean, well located motel. We had a 2 bedroom unit. It was small but it had everything you needed with a decent sized bathroom. The beds were comfortable. The road can be noisy but the windows are double glazed so quiet if closed and at night there’s hardly any traffic. We didn’t use the air conditioner but it’s there if you need it, also a heater. Good communication with owners even though it’s a virtual office.

The shower head sprays water from the screws so you need to position yourself so you don’t get it in the face. Probably just needs fixing or replacing.
