I went with a large group but decided to have my own room. It was huge, slept 6. Large comfy bed..white fluffy towels..flat tv..tea facilities..overlooking lake..very clean..housekeeping each day..beautiful cooked breakfast..all for $300 for 3 days. All of us, honestly could not fault it but I think the room I had with a balcony overlooking the lake was the best option.

There was nothing any of us could find fault with.

The view from the balcony far exceeded my expectation. The lake looked spectacular and walking tracks, parks, skate parks are all in close proximity. Similarly the location to the shops, bars etc couldn't have been better. Too easy! The free breakfast was an unexpected bonus. The meals area was very large and well presented. The hotel itself was great and the meals were very good.

No complaints, although the keypad for the door lock did play up at one stage. Maybe we weren't that familiar with it? Otherwise it was a great stay and I'd come back for sure. Great location.

It has a superb view of Lake Jindabyne!! You can stroll by the lake and it was truly an amazing experience in itself. Our family room was spacious with everything we need. Toilet and bathroom were separate which we appreciate. Breakfast was decent. Parking is available but not dedicated to a room.

I wish staff would be more attentive in refilling breakfast options. We ate breakfast before 8am on our first day but there were a number of food items with not much left. The house keeping can also improve in tidying the room and ensuring that enough towels were provided

I loved this hotel! The location is amazing and we had a perfect view of the lake from our balcony which was just what we needed for afternoon drinks. The bed was super duper comfy and the room was huge. So good to have the toilet and shower separated. Direct access to the lake and the walking track around it as well as across the road from the main shops made it easily walkable. Breakfast being included was a godsend and made it even better value even though the value was already really good. I can't wait to stay here again!

Best place to stay with kids. Park is at the back door with water views. Huge playground with rides for kids. Great fun. Staff is friendly and very cautious. Warm welcome from manager. One old person who was doing the maintenance such a lovely guy. He guide us properly what to do where to go etc. Because of our first time. Nice cafes and restaurants on your door step just few metres away. Buffet breakfast was tasty. Plenty of options.

Not much options for food on few restaurants. They have monopoly eat or leave. Old frozen food, not fresh ingredients make you sick. So be careful with your selection.

First time staying here.. check in was good room was good bed was very comfy room was clean and fresh daily housekeeping service was great. daily breakfast was great.. staff we interacted with were friendly

no assigned parking for upstairs rooms.. pot luck on where you get to park .. we stayed at peak time so Hotel was fully booked each night.. luckily we were able to get a spot each night near steps to our room...

The room was big and modern on 2 levels. Bed was big and comfortable . Good quality toiletries in the bathroom , shower was excellent Good breakfast was included

We stayed in Deluxe Room which was located in the second row away from the lake. From our balcony we looked at the carpark below and the building in front with the unit doors. We couldn’t seat on the balcony because there was no lake view and no privacy

The breakfast was as good as previously when I've stayed. There are plenty of options to cover all needs. I was texted early that my room was ready to use. Much appreciated.

My room was only serviced once during my stay. Other friends were serviced daily. Some rooms had a floor towel and wash cloth in additional to the bath towels, where my room only had a bath towel & Hand towel, no floor towel. The shower sprays water out in front of the toilet and a floor towel would have kept the floor dry. I think consistency is paramount.

PROs The view is spectacular. The bed was huge and very comfortable and the room was nice and clean. The meal in the restaurant was tasty and well priced and the service quick and efficient.

CONs Due to the construction that is currently going on, the Reception was really very difficult to find and there was no signposting to show us where to go. The tiles in the shower were extremely slippery to the point of being dangerous and we had to put a towel down in the shower cubicle to avoid slipping. There was also no shower gel, shampoo or conditioner, Only very small pieces of soap the size of a 50 cent piece, and the tissue box was empty. There is Ivery little bench space to put your cosmetics and toiletries. Probably wouldn't come back until after the construction work has been done and maybe the bathrooms are upgraded ..
