Nice designed rooms and bathrooms. Very comfortable beds. Accommodation very conveniently above a pub and restaurant. The meals were large with great pub grub variety.

Paying a premium charge for the drying room that did not dry any of our wet ski gear. We paid for a family locker ($20 x 5 days) and got a 2 person sized locker. The dehumidifier in this room should be replaced with heavy duty heaters and the facility should be complimentary to guests, like all other Alpine accommodations. Having dry ski gear every morning is essential to a good ski holiday. We had to dry our gloves, boot liners, and all small items in our room directly under our air con. This was far more effective than the expensive drying room.

The room is in tip top condition. Kudos to the housekeeping team. Room has nice decor with great colours theme. We love how the room is spotless. The loft room is a good space for our family of four. We were on level 2 with lake view and we can see the sunrise and moon rising (was full moon during our stay) just from our room. We dined out during our stay, so not having a kitchenette was no issue at all. Continental breakfast buffet was acceptable, no issues. Definitely no second thoughts to stay here again.

The night crowd at the ground floor brewery can be noisy. But noise level can be dampen if the balcony sliding door is shut. Mirror cast from phone to TV didnt work for Netflix. But works well for Disney+ and Amazon Prime

The room was lovely, and bed was comfy. Ease of check-in was great for a late arrival. The lady who served us breakfast was so lovely, she went out of her way to help us make a coffee when the machine wasn't working properly. Breakfast was definitely above average for a buffet, i was impressed!

I was unfortunately laying there awake until 1am when the DJ music finished downstairs in the bar. I was aware that it was a live music venue so it's my fault for booking, but i figured a Wednesday night during the week was pretty safe. Turns out Wednesdays are a big night in Jindy for staff, lol. That was my only fault on the stay though!

Staff were lovely. Very impressed with our room was modern clean and tidy. Bathroom had soap/body location/shampoo/conditioner in decent size bottles not those little travel size one which comes in handy when traveling as a family. Very close to shops and was able to walk to dinner every night. Drying room with lockers is very convenient.

Would have been nice to have some other hot choices with breakfast such as pancakes (not complaining though, what was provided was still very good). Was not the most comfortable bed.

Extremely kind and helpful staff, our room was immaculate, complimentary breakfast buffet was exactly what we needed before our hike. We had dinner at the pub downstairs, food was great and reasonably priced. Everyone we encountered - from the check-in girl and breakfast staff, to the housekeeper and pub staff, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We loved the little details and fixtures in our room. Very well thought out and comfortable.

No elevator to levels 2 and 3, however there is access from the guest carparks directly onto level 2, so it wasn't an issue.

Our lake facing loft room was very clean,obviously recently refurbished.Very large new flat screen TV with access to standard channels and Youtube but not Netflix or Stan.Balcony with table and chairs overlooking Bowling green and lake Jindabyne which was a highlight.On site parking at the back.Full buffet breakfast included with our booking.Beds and pillows very comfortable.Situated right next to old shopping/restaurant centre on main road into town.Woolworths and other retail and restaurants only a five minute walk away.

Mini fridge did not have a freezer compartment which would have been handy for ice in drinks and freezing esky ice blocks.If staying in the loft room and don't want to be woken up early by the sunrise take some eye patches/covering as light comes in through the top louvres.If you want an early night and are in a lake facing room you might need the ear plugs that they have thoughtfully provided as directly below is outside seating for one of the bar/restaurants and the conversation noise level could be intrusive and goes on quite late.Didn't bother us at all though.

Loved the room - it was really nicely fitted out, both in how it looked and the clever way the space was laid out. We were really happy with the price we paid for such a great room. The included buffet breakfast was also great - really good selection of hot and cold food that set us up perfectly for the day. The location in central Jindabyne was perfect to access the lake and shops and the in-house dining options were good. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Had been hoping for a lake view, given the hotel's location, but on review of the hotel rooms I think that was on me - it looks like there are other rooms that guarantee a lake view, which I will definitely think about booking next time.

Location was excellent for doing the walk up Mt Kosciuszko. Having a bar and a more formal and more relaxed restaurant downstairs made the stay easy. The food in the restaurants was wonderful. The free with the room price breakfast was delicious and the choice was excellent. The rooms were large, comfortable and the beds were great. The view of Lake Jindabyne from our balconies and other areas of the inn, was wonderful. Staff were excellent in all areas. We would stay again and highly recommend the Banjo Patterson Inn.

The only thing that could have improved my experience would be a lift, due to my arthritis. However, parking was great and it was easy to get baggage to and from our cars. Pillows were generally high and this wouldn’t suit everyone.

Room was great, and most items were within reach and visible. Breakfast was great, having various selections on what to have. The beds were great, being comfortable for 3 nights. TV had Youtube and free-to-air, giving us the best choices.

There was no microwave, so we couldn't warm up food. The bathroom shower didn't have a door, often wetting the floor. The fan in there was very buzzy, and had no switch. There was no lift, so it was hard to carry luggage.

The staff were all excellent, demonstrating a great attitude towards guests, being very helpful, friendly and a good sense of humour. Great team effort all round. The newly refurbished room was great.

Whoever chose the new pillows should be made to take one home and try and sleep with it as punishment. However, I later found out that slimmer pillows were available so please just ask as I am sure the great staff will be able to help you. The new lights in the bedroom need a dimmer switch to tone down the interrogation vibe.
