The location is the best, right in front of Lake Jindabyne with beautiful views. very easy access to have a walk around Lake Jindabyne. In Autumn, you can see beautiful autumn trees around the lake. It's close to town centre for shopping and dining. Good breakfast is included.

The rooms are very clean, but the bathrooms probably need a renovation. The heated swimming pool is a really good choice in cold weather but during the 5 days stay, it was closed for the first 4 days which is very disappointing.

Friendly staffs, willing to help out, particularly from receptionist. I need to upgrade from studio apartment to something bigger. Reception helped out by providing different upgrade choices the next day, which made our remaining stay more comfortable. Good location and providing Buffet breakfast.

The appliances have been through quite some years. Although in working conditions, but definitely need some re-fitting, particularly for studio apartment. You can see big difference from appliances fitted in 2 bedrooms apartments.

Loved the meals, especially the buffet breakfast. Staff were friendly at every interaction. The view was beautiful (clear skies & sun shining during our stay). Our room was comfortable, and the facilities were clean. The only complaint was that we could hear the residents above with their heavy feet, and as the bed was located near the door, we could hear residents coming and going from the three other units adjoining our entry/stairway, the heavy feet on steps and closing of heavy doors. Would I stay again? Yes!.

Perfect location and very friendly staff. Plenty of space in the apartment. We loved the indoor pool and enjoyed the breakfast, Specially Christmas Brunch. Great view from the apartment, money can't buy that view, so amazing. Beds are well made and very comfortable. Plenty of parking space. I believe one of the best place to stay with the family.

The whitegoods (fridge, washing machine, dryer, microwave) , They are very old, I mean really old. They need urgent replacement as we feel that they are about to break specially the dryer and the washing machine

Great views of Lake Jindebyne, very close to shops. The room was very clean. Breakfast had a wide range of choice, definitely exceeded my expectations.

Bathroom looks a bit dated. Main issue for me was the room was a bit too bright to sleep due to the lights coming in through windows to the stairway of the buiding. It didn't bother the rest of the family though.

Stunning views of the lake (if you're in blocks 1-4; block 5 looks over the park); great accommodation, fully self contained. 10 minute walk to the old town restaurants. Staff were very professional and friendly. Great facilities (gym, pool). We'll be back.

Some of the lounge/balcony furniture could be updated, but very clean and comfortable nonetheless.

Lily at reception was very helpful when checking in. The room is well appointed and comfortable; excellent for a long stay. The weather forecast was for rain during our stay; however, fortunately it was wrong by a long shot. We were able to enjoy the stunning view of the lake from our balcony, including the hot air balloons drifting across the water, and go for long walks. It was good to have a hot breakfast included. Short walk to shops, supermarket and restaurants.

stairs to rooms. awkward narrow and parking was ok but no one stayed in their room number . lucky not in high ski season. first room (non smoking). stank of smoke. after informing staff - did move me, thanks but lugging bags up n down stairs a few times was distressingly awkward.

location was good. staff nice. parking handy. restaurants good. outlook from room nice.

taps dripping. not as clean as I expected. couch was quite tired and needs a clean. also I did not know there would not be daily servicing of the room. we managed but would be good to know up front. also a lot of stairs to the room. bit hard with the luggage. also not warned about that.

It was good, since it's a wheelchair accessible apartment I would've liked to have the door room to have electric open and close function with a swipe card to lock and unlock so Independence and convenience is improved.
