stayed here a few times, always enjoy it, great location only a minute drive to the main beach far enough away so you aren’t around heaps of people so you can have your alone time if needed the cleaners were so friendly and really welcoming!! Probbaly one of the high lights from our stay! the lady in particular forgot her name but she definitely needs a raise!! no joke she went above and beyond for us and we really appreciated her!

it needs a make over, it’s such a nice place but all the paint is starting to get really dirty and not appealing. lights need fixing, the walls need a good clean, anything that is already there just needs a clean and a freshen up, deck chairs around the pool are all broken out and don’t work ( which is all good ) just little things if the owners just put a bit of $$ back into the place could have it looking brand new! the gym is a waste of space tbh, Invest in some decent cardio equipment or some weights or 1-2 total body machines, you could have that looking amazing! the random bars for body weight stuff is just weird could have it looking so nice especially close to the bbq and pool area if not have it as a ‘games room’ for children, a few games in there would be really good!

The room and bathroom were spacious, comfortable and pleasantly decorated. The location was close enough to the town centre. The room cleaning staff were helpful and pleasant.

The beds were too soft for our taste. It was odd that there was no small table & chairs to sit at, either to eat or write. It was very inconvenient that there was no guest laundry, we really needed to do some washing.

Beautifully renovated property and a short 5min walk into the main part of crescent head. I was traveling with a baby and staying on the bottom floor and found the parking in front of the room really convenient. the restaurant attached to the property is also fantastic and meant that I could grab food easily while my baby was asleep in the room.

The walls are quite thin and you can hear everything. Trying to get a baby to sleep was incredibly hard when you can hear every footstep above you, conversations next door and the noise from the restaurant.

Lynn a staff member was very helpful and friendly. the rooms were great. the Penthouse was awesome. The pool was great and it was a lovely place to have a family reunion

maybe access to a washing machine would be helpful

Checkin was easy & it was very clean. A special mention regarding the cleaning lady. She’s not only very professional, but also very personable and every day asks if every thing is ok, and do we need anything.

The restaurant was very noisy, loud music & the sounds of plates & crockery being handled in the kitchen during cleanup was very intrusive as it’s right by the rooms on the bottom level.

Style, location, friendly staff and good restaurant out the front. Also provided complimentary snacks and drinks which is rare, and appreciated.

More privacy needed for family container.

We stayed in Room No.10, which is towards the back of the premises from the restaurant/bar area. It was a large comfortable room and quiet. We ate in the Mexican restaurant which was great; loud, good vibe and nice food. We overnighted as we had a house booked from the following day in Crescent for 3 weeks.

It was all good.

Walking distance to the town centre and other attractions. On the weekend, the Mexican restaurant has great food (and cocktails)

The property was very clean and comfortable. Value for money was very good. It was a close walk to everything.

I’m not sure whether it was because of the Easter long weekend but the restaurant connected to the property was very loud at times, which I wasn’t expecting.

great little motel! modernised room with near new furnishings, great pool, awesome location. we just stayed for one night on our travels north, but could easily have stayed for longer.
