They have a therapy dog, such a lovely well behaved and placid pup! My girls could have sat at pet her for hours! The facilities are clean and bright and the staff were so lovely!

The other guest that was complaining about having to wait for her breakfast. She was rude and inconsiderate to the staff. Obviously this is nothing to do with the venue and always out of the staff’s control but I think if she was going to write a complaint you should know she was rude, your staff conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism and listened to her with respect, I wanted to tell her how rude she was but could see it would have escalated!

After having to relocate from other accommodation due to safety concerns, the staff provided us with an early check-in, and made sure we had a comfortable stay. The amazing staff always greeted you with a smile, and nothing was too much trouble. Great pool area, complete with pool noodles for the little ones, and the best part was being greeted by Bella, the gorgeous lobby dog on arrival. Beds were also comfortable, and rooms were spotless.

Nothing worth noting.

Met our expectations. In town location.

Need more towels 1 per person especially for two ladies is not adequate, they were old looking. We were given the wrong configuration for bedding when we went to the room, we had requested twin beds. This was changed but it took about 25 minutes. We had been waiting in reception no one had checked in so the receptionist had time to reprint the key. She didn't so then we had to wait again. Paying for parking in a country town not to good.

Friendly staff, allowed my son and daughter in-law and grandson to come to our room to get changed after a funeral before travelling back to Brisbane. Dinning room staff were really professional and friendly

Was a little disappointed in the breakfast I ordered,I had avocado on toast, however the avocado was hard and a little brown when it was served. If the avocados weren't up to a good standard I would have preferred to be told rather than serving it to me.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the parking on site was very good value. The hotel is located near many great shops and food places.

The price was a bit hexy for what it was to be honest for such a short stay and not a great view. The bathroom was very cramped, it was so hard to get to the toilet and navigate around the bathroom in general.

Everything was good,location,breakfast,staff,comfort

Being a wheelchair accessible room, the bathroom was an absolute disaster. Unfortunately the bathroom was overflowing with water all over the bathroom floor n made it so slippery with soap water that even a normal person could slip. Its a perfect recipe for a disaster waiting to happen A wheelchair bound person while getting up from the wheelchair to sit for bath and vice versa must have a dry floor.

It was a really convenient spot. easy to walk to shops, jetty and restaurants. nice facilities and helpful staff. the kids loved swimming in the pool and we enjoyed using their towels as we were travelling through.

The beds were comfortable but just a standard hotel room with not a lot of room. The car park was a little tricky to navigate but great to have on site.

We checked in very late but collecting our keys was very easy with clear instructions given. The room was a fair size and clean and comfortable.

The bathroom was a little cramped and we found the toilet required some maneuvering to access and use and the sofa bed my adult daughter slept in was uncomfortable.

Loved the location, the staff on the night we checked in was perfection, the cleanliness was very average, considering the price point in comparison to surrounding hotels the unit should be spotless the room was very dusty. I will point out that I am in the cleaning industry so I may be slightly more critical than most. The timing was not great with your front door shattering the night before we arrived & the front entrance was a timber boarded door, we thought it was closed when we arrived, it was a very busy weekday the week we stayed yet the staff made us feel like we were the only people in the hotel. The dust in the shelving below the bathroom vanity was full of dust enough to have a ball of it on your finger after picking up my brush. Skirts were also dusty, both my colleague & I have allergies so we notice this stuff. Overall it was a good stay & the staff would make up for anything else. 10/10 staff

I was very comfortable and the location was great

It’s just one thing that I’ve noted at all the accommodation I’ve stayed in and that’s a separate recycle container. I think this is terribly important and businesses should be doing the same as the rest of us do when we are at home
