Genuinely liked our visit, the staff were incredibly supportive and welcoming. We enjoyed the swimming pool and spa pool a fantastic way to unwind. We dined at the restaurant and had breakfast the following morning, enjoyed the food each time. Although we paid a little extra for a late check out it was worth it. We would definitely stay again, wonderful place for a family to take it easy. Our room was spacious and we all could stretch out, including coffee and tea making facilities.

The bed was comfortable, however I am used to a much softer zone and awakened with a sore hip, a couple of stretches and the pain left. It was raining on the day we stayed so we were not able to get out and explore every activity at the resort.

Outdoor pool facilities are fantastic with diving rocks, cave spas, slide, waterfall and island. Ample deck chairs and sun umbrellas. Indoor pool with huge Sombrero spa and sauna. Mini golf, tennis, small playground, undercover bbq facilities and numerous tables and chairs throughout the property. Rooms extremely spacious and clean with great amenities. Very Friendly and helpful staff. Poolside restaurant was very good for breakfast, cocktails and lunch options and at great value

Unfortunately dinner at poolside restaurant was very average and resembled cafeteria food/menu. Main restaurant was closed during the time of our stay.

With a two year old and 13 week old my wife and I found this to be a great holiday destination. The rooms are well blocked from sound so the kids can get sleep throughout the day. The pool area is just amazing and our daughter had the time of her life. We only were coming for a one night stay but extended it for two extra days as it seemed a shame to enjoy the stay a little longer. We will definitely be booking a weeks stay here this time next year and most likely early February for a weekend. Great service and hospitality. We couldn’t stay longer hahaha jokes nothing disliked

Pool facilities were awesome for big kids and indoor pool / playground for younger kids was fantastic. Best facilities for a proper long stay family holiday or even just overnight. Everything was clean and tidy and all areas very well maintained. Great “old school” service and care - our windscreens were even cleaned ready for our morning departure with a sweet note left ! You just don’t find this kind of thing anymore. Very impressed and will def return for a longer stay :)

Facilities were amazing ... very family oriented. Pool was lovely but very overused and a little dirty. Kids had a ball. Restaurant was great and food delicious and great value for money great variety. Outside bar brilliant. Great for parents to relax and still keep an eye on teenagers.

Reception staff a little abrupt. Had booked a room with four beds but got a room with a sofa bed instead.. asked them to facilitate what I had booked and showed the booking to be told nothing else was available... then had to wait an extra hour as room wasn't cleaned. Wasn't offered a discount or drink voucher while waiting. So stood in the car park in heat and waited until we could enter our room. Quiet noisy and smoker from next door room stood directly outside our room so could always smell smoke. Small bathroom.

The facilities and rooms were clean and location was very convenient. We had a fantastic time staying there. The cleaners of the hotel rooms are extremely nice.

The only issue we had was Leanne in the office who is extremely rude and not nice to deal with at all. Any question you ask her she responds rudely and talks to you like you’re a little child. We weren’t the only family who felt this way. She makes the reception office an uncomfortable place to go into and needs to work on her people skills.

Our room didn’t have a table, only a desk with one chair. We had to sit on the beds to have a cup of tea. No tea towel or cloth to wipe bench. Toilet door did not close, tight fit in bathroom between basin sink and toilet door. Had to ask for extra towels, only 3 when 4 stayed. Better dinner and breakfast options as not everyone likes a buffet.

We have been to Siesta a few times as a family and really enjoy it very much 😊 So much to do yet so relaxing as well... Everything pretty much at your fingertips and if you need to go to the shops they are so close... Bonus! The staff were just amazing and gave us a different room at our request... We were so happy with the outcome... We will definitely be back again as our kids seem to enjoy coming back each time ❤️ We highly recommend Siesta to family and friends...

There isn't much we didnt like 😌 that's why we continue coming... was very nice to have a renovated room this time round 😄 We have a dog so not being able to bring him is hard as he has separation anxiety 💔 makes it challenging to fully enjoy our time away... Would be nice to have a few rooms that allow for pets to come along 😅

Our room was spacious & clean, the pool and surrounding area was excellent, plenty of room for kids to play and adults to relax

A group of the guests returned to their rooms close to midnight and decided to gather outside to talk, laugh, drink, they were quite loud and banging doors going in and out of their rooms, then in the morning were again gathered chatting and parked in the driveway area making it difficult to exit our car space. It would have been nice for staff to be on alert for this and rectify to ensure other guests stays are not disturbed.

It was beautiful. We had a large room with a kind sized bed and very good facilities. Room service was available, and there was a restaurant with a buffet dinner. We opted for the buffet which was delicious. We loved the pool, and the cantina and enjoyed the drinks. The staff were amazing, polite and ever helpful. We booked again for next year.

It was magnificent. the only small complaint would be the noise from all the people yelling and diving into the pool well past 1030 at night. Our room was close to the water (which was lovely) and the frolicking went on for quite a long time. They were having great fun though, and it did stop after 11pm.
