Meals were not available for this room; so we ate locally and pleased the variety of other suppliers of these services. The location of Seaton Arms Motor Inn was perfect for sightseeing, gaining access to the freeway and other major roads and highways. Vehicular or traffic noise level and that of revelers was very distant to almost nonexistent. Off-street parking was a bonus; facilities are great and staff are very friendly. Access to clubs, pubs, eateries and shops are only minutes away by car. Our room was clean, neat, spacious and appeared to have been recently painted. It is quite difficult to find a comparable accommodation provider with all these attributes, especially at these prices.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One trivial item was the inoperative exhaust vent in the bathroom. I suspect mould will build up quite quickly and another clean and repaint will be needed there. Everything else was fine though :-) .

I had to stop the night in Albury when my work trip required another day, I booked the Seaton last minute. Check in was very smooth and soon I was relaxing in my room. Room was large too. The place looks great - the foliage growing up the poles and across the fence on the second floor is very impressive and looks great. Walking distance to the centre of town, next door to the shops (Woolies). Reasonably priced place for a few nights in Albury.

Good budget place for a short stay

Loved the location, close to everything. Services Club next door with great food and kids play area.. Our receptionist (Pam I think!) Was so accommodating and planned ahead for us. We arrived early evening with 4 kids so she took it upon herself to turn the heaters on in our room and also book us a table at the club for dinner which took a job off my to do list that night.

The beds were a little firm but we weren't too bothered

the property was in perfect proximity to shopping, restaurants, leisure activities. the room was very clean and provisions of coffee, tea, sugar and milk were well stocked. staff were very friendly and accommodating to any needs. we preferred the eco option of not having the room serviced each day and the staff still wanted to provide extra towels.

The only improvement I could think of would be a small area with seating so you could sit outside. The property doesn’t have a pool and it didn’t bother us at all.

Great beds, nice-sized room and relatively quiet. It also provided great central access to Albury without being on a major arterial road. Being next to, and part of the SS&A club provided a great option for evening meals.

Not enough power outlets for charging more than one phone or available for plugging in the toaster or kettle. Aside from being fiddly we didn't think it was safe to locate a steaming kettle or toaster - with elements inside a cupboard Light outside bathroom when internal bathroom light when on disturbs others sleeping.

V small teacups and rubbish bins but power points were a big problem for me. Only 1 PowerPoint on desk and that was behind TV. No PowerPoint's next to the double bed, only next to single. Only accomodation Ive ever needed to ise my extension chord and power board for accessibility .

It is a spacious family room, located on upper level. The room is clean and the beds are comfy. It is very close to the town center. The supermarket is just around the corner, and there are many restaurants nearby.

There is no lift available. We had to carry the heavy luggage by hand to the upstairs.

Room was well presented and clean. Came with air conditioning which was great. Bathroom came with the shower gels etc and hot water pressure was good. Free on-site parking. The reception lady Chrissy was super friendly and helpful. Because it was Good Friday and many restaurants were closed ( in addition to Covid) we dined next door at the SSA club and the food was pretty good! No reservations required .

We had a strange encounter where we woke up in the morning to find our room door unlocked but luckily we had latched it. Not sure exactly what happened there. Also we had a family with kids living on top of the room ( we were on the ground floor) and they were pounding up and down in their room at 630am and we heard every single step.

Was a perfect location close to where I was working in the CBD. Staff were super friendly and accomodating. I was able to leave my car there early on the first day well before checking time. Was quiet and comfortable. Best water pressure I have ever experienced. Room 16. Large rooms. Comfy bed and lots of pillows.
