Large, spacious room. Clean and practical, well-maintained. Pleasant lighting. Good communication with receptionist: we arrived late so key was left under the door for us. Coffee-maker, microwave, kitchen sink, ample electricity sockets, large TV. Two tables, ample seating with three chairs and a double-sofa. Practical bathroom layout. Good location: easy walk from pubs & shops.

Soap and shower gel dispensers not working. With pub across the road, it can be noisy at night.

Really didn't find fault with anything. There was the issue of someone planting themselves on the outside table and chair and having a cigarette (when I was trying to pack my car to leave) which I find disgusting but until the government bans all cigarette smoking within a certain distance of a non smoker no matter where they are like they ought to (smokers should be *hiking* to some isolated place where they want to indulge their filthy habit, not stepping outside only to leave their obnoxious smoky smells outside front doors, lifts, corridors wtc where the smell can linger for ages). This of course was not in the slightest a fault of the motel or its management, but is just something I didn't like.

Very friendly staff. Genuinely friendly. Location was good. Either a 2 min drive to shops or just a quick walk (8-minutes). Great value for money. Beds were fine. Mattress was good. Not super firm, not super soft. I thought we are going to feel the mattress springs a lot but it wasn't really the case. Bathrooms were just newly renovated and looked great. Very clean as well.

Nothing really. First night I thought the lights near the doors at night doesn't work but they did work the second night so I think that was a once off thing. I really can't come up with anything else.

PROS: The room is spacious. Clean bathroom. Clean kettle, utensils, glasses and mugs. Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits and milk. Clean coffee machine with two pods. Netflix is available on the TV. WiFi is available and good connection. Fridge is clean and spatious. Clean carpet. Room smelled OK. Extra pillows in the closet. Hangers in the closet along side iron and iron board. Hair dryer available. Soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner available. Clean towels. Friendly and welcoming staff! The photos of the room on booking.com are accurate!

CONS: Too much street noise at night. Bedding could be better. Some blankets should be in fitted sheets and not just as is. I don't assume those are washed regularly but I could be wrong.

The bathroom was recently renovated, the shower was excellent and better than some places we’ve stayed in. The bed was comfy and the room quite spacious with a large screen smart TV. Short walking distance to restaurants was a bonus.

We could hear the conversation in the next room which was okay as they retired early. However, be aware this place is right on the intersection & could be noisy. It wasn’t when we there.

Honestly, the motel was superb and exactly what we needed after a long day on the road. It was comfortable, cool, dark and, despite being located right next to a busy road, very quiet. My 6 month-old had the best sleep of her life in this motel. The breakfast was simple, but delicious and perfectly cooked.

The motel is located a short distance from the town centre. Not too far to walk, but too far to walk with our young child. It won't be a problem for most people, but it's just something to be aware of.

I loved the cleanliness and the full length bath! It was spotless and the location was perfect: a block away from the Myer centre, across and neighbouring bistros (hotel and RSL), very close to fine dining at Astor. The hosts were so invested in their property it was a delight to stay there.

The room was absolutely spotless and smelt amazing. The airconditioning was already on and the room cool. The room (downstairs) was enormous, big enough for a family. Very friendly staff with fresh milk too! We walked everywhere, it was an awesome location.

Noise from road, it is on a main road and noise from people leaving or going to the pub across the road. The road noise is much less around 11pm and gets going again quite early.

Family room is very clean & tidy, has comfy beds, a microwave, coffee machine and some basic utensils as well. Despite staying for 3 nights over public holidays, housekeeping was good. Hosts and staff are very warm and friendly. Kevin suggested us to checkout the Dartmouth dam spill; that trip turned out to be quite memorable. Location of the motel is close to the main restaurants / shops.

Absence of an exhaust fan in the bathroom. It caused fogging of mirror after shower.

I did not order breakfast . The price $115 I wasn't expecting to have such a comfortable room. Excellent hot water for shower, bathroom dated e.g stand in bath shower, shower gel, handwash, body lotion all from wall mounted handpump containers at basin & shower in plentiful supplies. & general appearance very clean. Bed very comfortable . Good coffee & tea facilities with good supply of each, table & 2 chairs for dining in & 2 seat sofa . All in all a very comfortable stay.

The only gripe could be the step in the bath arrangement, which could be difficult for senior people who have mobility issues, I am a senior but thankfully to date that was not an issue for me
