Quest Albury

The room was comfortable with all the facilities required for a short stay with family. The hotel was centrally located with the town centre in easy walking distance.

The lifts. Each lift had its own button, rather than one button which would alert both lifts. The view from the windows were into a carpark or rear entrances of other businesses (other family members had this view). We were fortunate as we had a room on level 4 which allowed us to see beyond the neighbouring buildings, across the town to the nearby countryside.

Location was perfect since we had a wedding reception a block away so only a 5 min walk. Staff were fun and chatty when I arrived and we had a laugh together. Also on the phone when I rang earlier too. Very approachable and lovely people. Room was spacious and had a great king size bed and lovely kitchenette. Very clean. Would definitely stay again!!

Could hear the next doors TV quite clearly, but not an issue during the night. Thank goodness.

Location was great. Room spacious and very comfortable. Parking available onsite along with a restaurant which served all meals, which I didn't have but goid to know and great coffee which I did have!!

Cooking utensils ie pan was ordinary...poor heat conductor...set off room smoke alarm even with extractor fan on high and windows open...first time ever!! Empty medication packets left in cupboard from previous client...reported and shown to reception staff.

Most of it was absolutely fine. Room space was good. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and everything worked fine.

The lighting is the old energy saving lighting in the ceilings and it is really dull and made the rooms feel a bit like old hospital wards and corridors back in the 80's. Modern LED upgrade would be sooooo much nicer and more practical, and the inclusion of some nice standing lamps with LED globes would also make the rooms feel more cosy. Just a thought perhaps???

The bed was so big and comfy. Best sleep we had had in ages. We wish we could of had a later check out time so we could have slept longer!! The room was extremely clean!!

The shower was abit out dated. We had a shower/bath that was abit small. We couldnt have both of us in there at once.

This Quest is in a great location. Fantastic restaraurant attached & they kept us feed for the time we stayed. Good onsite parking & comfortable bed. Walking distance to the supermarket & other restaurants. When we weren't working we even saw a show at the Albury Entertainment Centre around the corner from the Quest Apartment.

We didn't use the WiFi as it was not secure & the TV was on the small side. Minor things really.

Bed was really comfy and the lication was excellent. Staff were helpful

The carpet in the hallway was smelly on the second floor.

That there completely no homophobic behaviour.

Nothing I didn’t like.

Good location, perfectly reasonable room, EV charging available (very good value)

There were 4 EV charging bays - one was broken and 2 others were occupied by non EVs - thankfully we were able to use the other one to charge the car

The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and worked well for our family which includes 2 teenage daughters - 2 bathrooms were appreciated. Good location close to town.

No air conditioning in the living room - just in the bedrooms. It was a very hot week in Albury - not so pleasant sitting in living area. Stovetop and oven but nothing to cook in (ie saucepans).
