It was comfortable, easy to control airconditioner. Because of traffic holdups we were going to be later than planned, I rang and the girl said that would be ok. Parking was right outside our room, and although we didn't need it on Thurs night there was a roof over the cars which would make it helpful getting in or out of the car during rain, plus protect it during mid winter.

The facilities were a little outdated (but the cost was very reasonable), and the bathroom door handle didn't close properly. Would have liked an actual Clansman motel information directory to look at. There were no meals but perhaps a simple continental breakfast could have been available.

Instant Coffee, was a good brand, it was NOT Nescafe, I hate Nescafe. I also loved looking out the window of my room to see the open fields and the Kangaroos I saw. The owner was a lovely lady who was there for me when I needed her. And she provided great customer service. And it was very quiet, no disturbances at night.

Bed was good, but could be a little softer. Still I had a very good nights sleep. Comfortable motel, I am happy,

The room was clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable.

The TV reception was very poor with limited channels. There was only one bedside table light, not suitable for reading by even the side of the bed it was on. Powerpoints on both sides of the bed would have been handy as I use a CPAP machine .

We were greeted by a very friendly staff member and his daughter who, in the short absence of the manager, made us feel especially welcome. The rooms have been updated since our last stay, with new carpet, fresh paint, comfy bed, and renewed plumbing in the shower. Our thanks go to the cleaners as the room was outstandingly clean. We enjoyed parking under cover outside our room which made unpacking the car much easier during a large rain storm. We had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The motel, like most others in town, is on the highway and while we we untroubled by noise on the first night, large trucks in the early hours of our second night were disturbing.

The room was very tidy upon arrival. We had a little difficultly with the heater/aircon unit however the owner (a very nice happy gentleman) quickly came to the room to get it working, which we were very grateful for as it was 8 degrees outside. There was already a small container of milk in the fridge also. Even though you are right on the highway there is very little noise, if any, that you can hear in the room.

The car cover area is just a tad short to fit in the whole length of the car and leaves your boot out in the weather (it was raining upon our arrival) and there are signs requesting you park "nose in", so luggage got a bit wet. Also as the car cover is also a low clearance any roof aerials on larger four wheel drives hit. We woke to ants in our room along the desk/bench area.

The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. The carpet was nice to walk on. The water pressure was awesome. And the bed was perfect. The car was able to be undercover which was excellent seeing as we had a big thunderstorm. Check in and check out was simple. Far enough out of town but still close enough to drive in.

Very pleasant welcome from the manager; she offered us fresh milk and answered a few questions I had. The motel is not modern but offers a well equipped room with excellent undercover parking at the door. We appreciated a clean room, fluffy good sized towels and an oversized rain shower head. There was an easy chair each, a dining setting and the room was a great size. Breakfast was on offer but an early start meant we didn't sample it.

The location isn't handy to the main town centre, but on a rainy evening that was easily fixed with a cab to the services club costing under $10.

It just needed a knife to go with the toaster facilities and maybe a plate and a cloth to wipe the bench. But otherwise we had everything we needed.

Clean and comfortable twin room. Toast, tea/coffee facilities. Larger refrigerator than most motels. Friendly and helpful reception/owner. Better value than some other motels stayed in recently. Would stay again.

Everything was great but being on the main highway a little noisy but we were fine with it because we seem to be a ble to sleep through most things.

Crockery & cutlery would have been handy. Being elderly we had our own in our picnic basket
