This is a comfortable motel. Clean in a modern building more or less. Really Great aircon, with comfy bed, fridge kettle microwave are all great and clean. Situated in urban Mayfield with an RSL club or similar about a block or 2 away. Maccas 5 minutes in the car with woollies over the road and a strip of other handy shops. No staff is visibly on-premises and you can come and go in privacy ,. That is you don't have to walk past any check-in or desk or staff, so you can come and go in your clown suit and nobody is there to scrutinize

Most shops are about 1klm away, so shopping for essentials like milk, bread, and snacks is not really within walking distance. Entry is by a complicated system of entering a code into a keypad, which must be sent to you by the hotel and can be wrong then one needs to ring a phone number where you will be given a new one. But this is difficult on weekends and you may get redirected to a msg bank if unlucky. Basically, the system can be frustrating but does have one positive. see good points above

Amazingly big and comfy bed! Very clean room, dishes and sheets. Very close to the train station, Coles and Kmart around 10-15mins walk. Easy check-in, all the appliences in the room- kettle, fridge, microwave. Also sink and glasses- exactly what we needed.

The text I received with door codes did not include the room door code, so I had to call the support for it. But my call was answered in no time, so not a big issue. The hotel is further from the city centre and cafes and restaurants, but the train station is near by.

ForThe location was convenient, very close to the railway station. Excellent cafe across the road for great breakfast and coffee.

Had a lot of trouble with communication with the staff via phone on arrival as we didn't receive my sms with room details and codes. After about 6 attempts finally got through and received the information 3hrs later. The front door entry pad only worked once for us in the two day stay. Was lucky someone was leaving for us to get Into our room. Also there was no garbage bin in the room and a light needed a new globe

2 minutes walk to Train Station . Very quiet little through traffic. 5 minutes walk to the MEX RSL Club for meals, entertainment and pokies.

Having to use codes to enter the main door and the room. Had to write the codes onto a piece of paper which I kept in my wallet.

It was close to tafe which is why we were travelling. It was also quite clean and the room met our expectations.

The undercover parking was really good but very limited so we found ourselves parking on the street in the rain at times.

Proximity to Train Station - short 3 minute walk for Transport to McDonald Jones Stadium for a concert. Loved the electronic check in - cardless entry to room and main door.

Minimal undercover parking - 5/6 spots only. Had to park on the street, Limited spaces available - local traffic only

Everything bed was very comfortable the room was clean and very well set up with the kitchenette plus bathroom was a good size really there's nothing that I didn't like about the place in a very happy traveller thank you

There was nothing to not like

Everything was fine, loved how big it was and downstairs is a cooking area so your not just couped up in your room, everything is so close to the hotel

Nothing everything was fine would be cool if you had a oven in the room but is also to small for that

The bed was comfy and It is in a good location close to train station

No lift no reception to talk to to be able to get extra pillows or blankets or for any issues and the TV would not come out from the wall made it hard to watch in bed and bed side table was broken

Good size room comfortable bed and the room was quite clean I'm very happy

There's nothing to say I didn't like 1 thing no smart tv
