Good parking. Great shower pressure. Comfortable bed. This is a budget property and reflects the price. If you want four star quality, go elsewhere. My main criteria when wanting a bed for the night are clean, good shower, good parking and good bed. This property ticked all of those boxes. Sure, there was a hole worn in the carpet, a bed side lamp not working, missing towel hook in the bathroom, no hand towel, etc. None of this stopped me being a good night's sleep.

For its price the facility offers good value. Bed is comfortable. Linen supply was adequate. Its location close to the city is excellent.

There are no staff on site. Access is via messaged codes. We opted for checkout at 10 but our codes expired at 9.40, locking us out of the facility while some of our belongings were still inside. Fortunately contract cleaners arrived at this time and reluctantly gave us access. I suspect had the cleaning contractor not arrived we'd have been charged an additional fee for access. Being locked out before our time expired with belongings locked inside left a sour impression. Why do so many motels provide only one chair in a double room?

The check in was via SMS and found it to be easy and convenient to do. No need for constantly carrying or returning physical keys. The room was nice and clean with fresh towels and sheets. Had an awesome sleep. For the price, it's fairly roomy and probably would want to return again because I like what they got there. ❤️

Not a major issue and I like how it's really smooth to check in by yourself. A new experience for me but would had been more comforting to have an onsite manager and more indoor cameras. But that's just me.

Dan and Andrew were really friendly and helpful. The location was very central to our needs. The room was quiet even with the door to the balcony open. We had it open during the whole of the night while we were asleep. The air con was also quiet and effective when we needed it. The TV was great and we watched a movie on Netflix.

The water flow in the shower was very low and the water ran cold in the morning around 8:30am. The microwave was old and didn't have a power change button.

The location was great because it was near Beaumont street in Hamilton with excellent food choices and shops. I loved that it didn't have keys so we didn't have to worry about locking ourselves out or losing the key.

It was difficult to contact the staff as there were no staff on site. I had to call several times to get my entry code and pin for the room as it wasn't sent when they said it would be. It was located right next to a school which meant it was considerably noisy in the mornings which is not great for on holidays if you are a late sleeper

I thought I wouldn't like the no reception thing, but I didn't mind it and was easy to use Bed was really comfy The workers that came through were nice, the painter and the guy who was vaccuming But bed was really comfy

Umm.. Very dusty on the carpet around the bed legs and table legs.. Dirty on the table - from someone else's stay, there was tomato sauce stuck on the table

Room extremely clean, huge area with huge ensuite. Large window view of garden n suburb. Bedding immaculate. Parking underneath. Close to Newcastle CBD and park. Security code entry and security code to room. Our room ended up with a power fault due to heavy rain and the Tudor Inn relocated our accommodation to Newcastle Beach Hotel which was equally 100% for same price. Thank you all.

Value for money. Clean and good location.

Still getting used to no reception but will get there. Found contacting booking.com very difficult when there was a problem and I’m reluctant to use them again. The venue staff were helpful and gave me a phone number but I waited for over 10 mins and it dropped out. I emailed but heard nothing!

Location was excellent small walk to wonderful resturaunts and night life, close to major stadium and entertainment centre, bed was super comfortable, room was very clean, very secure building

Slightly musty smell in the stairwell, nothing to bad.

Only one glass and one cup in room. Website said reception open until 7pm. No such thing. Everyone had problems accessing the property and their allocated rooms. All had to call the ‘after hours’ number to receive this information.
