Very modern and clean, spacious room with a comfortable king bed. Large bathroom with opening shutters to bedroom, wonderful spa bath, separate rain shower, toilet with a door.

Air conditioning wasn’t functioning properly, tried 21 degrees on heat setting last night but no air flow from fan on any setting, it was so stuffy we couldn’t sleep. Put air on cold setting 17 degrees on high fan for an hour and a half, the room was then very cold, we switched back to heat setting which then worked and we were able to get four hours sleep, very tired today which wasn’t ideal with a long drive from Wallsend back to the Gold Coast.

This hotel is perfect! Great quality carpet (feels good under your feet and clean!), sheets and towels wins me over, plus it’s beautiful and comfortable. Staff were so good to me (I was running late and she waited for me to get there so I could check in thank god!) this is the perfect stop driving between Sunshine Coast and Melbourne - value for money is awesome and it’s so nice to be able to relax and know everything is clean and neat and new

One guy we as rude and told us not to park in the disable parking even though my mother in-law is disable just not with a wheelchair but we have a disable sticker and was displaying at the time. He told us not to park there even though I heard him mentioned to someone else that this is a public parking and that anyone can park there which means if it's a public parking he cannot apply rules for the parking and since we have a disable sticker we are well entitled to park. I would understand if there was a lot of people in the hotel with wheel chair but when we stayed there there was no one and there was always at least 2 parking for disable available even though we took one spot.

The location was great, the staff were super friendly and welcoming the room was special and neat and it was a blissful home away from home. Really loved the tv and bath, so many channels and spa effects helped me sleep.

Although the room was very quiet, I wish the soundproofing was stronger, the sound system on the tv was great. Although I loved my view from the window and was able to see pets at the park, I wish the window was more private because I still felt people could see me from outside but I loved the curtains and they were great for privacy.

The location was very central. Plenty of local places to eat. Rooms were quiet. Plenty of parking. Having access to all the tv subscription services. It was really perfect.

The peep hole in the room door was placed for someone who is 6 feet tall. They weren't environmentally friendly. Towels changed every day. I just feel when a stay is a few days there is no need to clean a room daily. Fridge was small and on floor level. These are minor things.

The location is very handy for a stopover as it is only 5 minutes off the M1. It is also only 15-20 minutes from the beach and 30 minutes from the Hunter Valley wineries. Having the motel across the road from the Diggers Wallsend is brilliant - lots of good dining options all day. Also the rooms are very clean comfortable and well-appointed. Highly recommended place to stay, good for families too.

This is a wonderful little spot that is easy to get to, ample parking and is attached to the diggers for room service to be available as well as dine in options only a short walk away. The staff were easygoing and very accomodating. The room was impressive for the price and exceptionally clean! Assuming Recent renovations have been made as the design is spectacular and aesthetically pleasing.

Nothing to note, 10/10 experience.

The service was second to none, we frequently stay here due to the cleanliness and comfortabilit. We couldn't have been happier with our stay keep up the great work guys.

The cleanliness and service were the big standouts this time in particular. More then happy with the size of the room and features. One thing I would recommend and it's being picky the pillows were a tad big n firm

Fantastic room but the staff member we dealt with was SO RUDE and decided I was not really disabled enough for him to park in the disabled spot even though I have a disabled sticker on car. It was just so horrible to be questioned about my disability and to be told there were 3 REAL disabled people coming to stay that night. Actually there was 4 and one of them was me. You would think in this day and age disabled people don't need to be questioned like this. It ruined the whole stay for me. I could barely look or speak to him on checkout.

As frequent travellers, we have our own pet likes and dislikes. We really liked the facts here that there were enough power points to plug in our devices, and that the bathroom had enough space to put 2 toiletry bags beside the sink. Also, it was great that the shower ledge was long enough to put more than one or two tiny items on it. The room was quiet, and all staff were very friendly. Parking was very convenient and free.
