Breakfast was yummy .. Location was very easy to get to from Airport.

The only thing that I noticed straight off was the reception person was ..in my opinion... not very welcoming. Having said that... when I returned my keys at end of stay, I think .. there was a slight smile from the same person when I arrived. So maybe they just had a bad day originally? Everyone else was very friendly :)

We are repeat customers of Cardiff Motor Inn. The location suits us perfectly with great restaurants within easy walking distance and only a 10 minute drive to the event we attend down there. The rooms are comfortable and very large - both stays we have booked a family room. The showers are always hot and have great pressure. Always plenty of parking too. Will be booking here again next time we're in Newcastle.

Comfortable, clean & tidy. The room was spacious. Our children loved watching the koi in the pond. Cardiff RSL is within a 5 minute walking distance, the staff are friendly & the food at Blueys Bistro & smokehouse was delicious. F.Y.I to eat at the all you can eat buffet there (Eastern Tiger) must make a booking as they always get booked out

location and cleanliness was great. The owners were very helpful and easy to deal with. The grounds and outside area immaculate lots of parking The RSL and a shopping centre are with in easy walking distance.

Sadly the bed was not that comfortable and we both ended up with a bad back. The front door was hard to open and shut The lamp beside the settee didn’t work I am sure the owners will fix this but we were unable to tell them as we left at 5:30am.

Stayed here for the Elton John concert. The rooms were large, comfortable and very clean. Marco and his wife that run the motel were lovely to deal with, nothing was a problem. Quiet area close to Aldi, Woolies, a couple of clubs, fuel, etc. Good for families, particularly if on a budget.

We were there for the Newcastle bellydance festival, which was at Wallsend diggers, so it was a 12 min trip by car. Nice and quick. Great size rooms for the 3 of us girls, plenty of room for all our costumes etc... :) But the best thing of all were the mirrors! We had them for rehearsals and getting ready and really good lighting for make-up etc! Also the staff/manager was really nice and helpful :)

Every aspect was perfect, accommodated for our late check in and early leaving, accommodated for our motorbike trailer parking. Short drive to The Lakes Motorbike Club track. Comfy bed, clean, comfy shower, Foxtel TV. Too good.

Overall this was a very comfortable stay. The location was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

A bit noisy, but no more than any other motel that's close to the main road.

Wonderful friendly staff, clean rooms and very comfortable bed. Fresh milk not UHT. Lovely large bathroom. Plenty of parking and a great location right next to RSL for dinner. Train station only a short walk away, Aldi and Woolies over the road

Heater was old and kept turning itself on and off every few seconds

So happy to get a clean, friendly motel. Very nice room with fish pond outside so kids loved seeing the fish. Good location, comfortable and clean with plenty of space for family of 5.
