The room was very comfortably sized and the bathroom was very roomy!! The lift was a very smooth transition between floors. The cleanliness was beyond reproach and the atmosphere was incredibly welcoming!

My card key was a little bit funny when in the elevator and a couple of times I did think I was trapped because the sensor was reacting but not locking onto the picked floor and also not opening the doors. HOWEVER as I was only staying for one night I did not want to make an issue of it. And I just waited till the sensor cleared (?) FANTASTIC AMENITIES!

Location in Orange worked well for us. Did not have breakfast on site, but was delighted to have a little coffeemaker in our room. We appreciated the upgrade to this spacious studio/room layout with the bed separated from the living/workspace area. Nice bathroom and well-appointed kitchenette.

No suggestions for improvements in the room--all good! Would have liked to have had an on-site car parking spot, but fortunately, there were spots on the street in front, near the entrance.

Quiet part of town, still close to everything. Modern, low rise building with ample parking. Our apartment was spacious and very clean with wonderful amenities. Staff helpful and engaging. Great to have a restaurant downstairs which can deliver to room or dine in, plus excellent coffee shops across the road and a grocery store around the corner.

Road works during night and early hours of morning..though out of anyone's control and won't be for ever!

Location, service, and thoughtful Furnishings. Everything is there . Quest offers a drink and a fruit at the front desk to all guests. We enjoyed that. Quite a unique feature and means we can have a refreshing drink on arrival and each day when we come back from exploring orange

There was no pool and not that easy to access the gym. A sauna or spa would be easy to put in and quite enjoyable .

In Room 209 the shower in the main bathroom cannot be changed as it’s faulty, to direct water from taps into the bath tub. I had to run the shower to fill the bathtub. it was after 9 pm and no staff to ring for help. Apartment facing Kite St. I could hear constant traffic until 7 pm and starts again at 8am with doors closed and worse with doors open. Kite St is a busy street. maybe facing south is better.

The location was excellent. the staff were efficient and friendly. The room was spotless. But it was all the little extras that made the difference. The "sleep well" tea, the fresh milk, the quality tea/coffee, large mirrored wardrobes, decent sized balcony, complimentary drinks on arrival and complimentary cold water bottles.

Everything was excellent - no complaints at all.

Great little home away from home. Perfect for a family stay, all things thought of...washing powder, dishwasher powder, shampoo abs conditioner etc...oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and the best part a washing machine. Perfectly clean and comfortable with great staff. Lisa is lovely 😍

That I couldn't stay longer

Our apartment was clean, comfortable and well appointed set in a convenient location for all that we wanted to do in Orange. We were welcomed warmly and very well cared for by Cameron who answered our questions and made sure we were settled well. He gave us excellent information about the places to have a meal in town.

We had to leave a day early as both my wife and I tested positive to COVID. The staff, in the main, were helpful but one staff member seemed more concerned about the loss of revenue rather than a concern for us. This was despite us having paid in full for our accommodation prior to our stay. I realise that it was causing inconvenience to the staff but we would have appreciated a verbal support.

The free undercover parking The level of finishes and the quality and cleanliness of the accommodation, The lovely large bathroom. All Staff were very accommodating and client-focused. The quest Orange is a lovely 4 * hotel in a great location

The restaurant was average compared to other restaurants in Orange. This was evidenced by the very few diners eating in the restaurant. Whereas other places were full and required bookings.

Excellent coffee was available with a good breakfast choice at a coffee shop across the road - breakfast was only available at weekends at the hotel.

The television had support for streatming services but unfortunately it was not connected to adequate internet bandwidth so both netflix and amazon prime would only display an error message.
