Location was great. Near town but not noisy. I loved the birdsong in the am. - there are lots of trees in the grounds - which is a plus for nature lovers. The pool looked good but too cold on a winter’s day to venture in. I like the extensive use of timber in the resort. The room had cutlery and Crockery which was handy. Microwave was handy on the deck outside plus a sink for washing up.

The only thing I would request would be a lamp to read by. The lights in the room are quite bright and I like a soft light to read.

As soon as I arrived I was greeted exceptionally by the owner. She was absolutely lovely and asked about my reasons for travel, when told I was travelling for a funeral of a colleague, she consoled me very well. She engaged in an incredible conversation. Upon checkout, she remembered that I was heading to a funeral and asked how I was feeling, and how it was. These small interactions I had with her meant more than she could ever believe. Its these little interpersonal things that made my stay exceptional. (Though the facilities were great as well). I would 100% recommend this stay- even if I didn't manage to try out the tennis or mini golf!

Only downside was the electric heater, mine didn't work too well- but I could've just used it wrong too (blankets were just a little too thin for my preference)

We booked 2 nights and stayed another one just because we liked it so much! We arrived late because of train delay but they made it possible to have access to our room and it was really easy to find. The staff was good and especially the owner Te is the kindest person and always in for a nice chat. The room was clean, spacious and there's everything you need. Good sized bathroom and every room has a little patio and a lot of privacy. The whole area is very well arranged and there are lots of plants and cute animal statues. The big plus is a spacious pool area, a minigolf court (5 Dollar/game) and 3 tennis courts (free game anytime becaouse of old equipment). Also lots of outdoor areas with plenty of space to cook, grill and sit together. Maybe some areas would need a little update, but you can see how much passion and work Te and her staff put into it. It's a little bit further away from center but even without a car we could walk or take a bus easily. Plenty of space to park your car though. We can recommend staying and enjoying the relaxing family atmosphere as well as meeting the lovely Te. Hope to have a chance to come back one time!

Honestly nothing. Book it!

The lady in the motel reception stayed open waiting for us, travelling from QLD, which was lovely. It was basically across the road from a really good pub, Settlers Inn, which served great meals. Room was very comfortable. Service was great. We only stayed one night, but this place is geared up for a longer summer time stay, with lots of on site activities.

It was all good.

It was central to everywhere we needed to be during the ASSRL comp which ran for a week. The staff were great. The cabin we had we actually booked for 8 nights then I booked for an extra night which worked out perfect for our family of 5. Very spacious and clean cabin. It met our needs.as a family. The pool was conveniently located just outside our door with easy access. We will definitely book again if my son is selected again❤️

T's is a quirky, eclectic and very homey resort - the minute we pulled up we all relaxed by the comfortable surroundings. Te herself was so friendly and welcoming. The pool was warm, and the kids enjoyed the tennis courts.

The accommodation was comfortable and well kept, but unusual in layout and plan. There's nothing to really complain about though if you're looking for a comfortable bed and clean room.

Off season (November) so not busy, quiet, mainly workers staying. Room 9a was lovely with bed, chair, kettle and bar fridge, tv, table and chairs, cutlery, plates and private bathroom and then had a dining area, microwave and sink outside the door shared with 2 other units (that did not use it). Elevated up one level of stairs and felt safe . Off street parking.

Have a designated smoking area.

It was unexpected in a good way . It felt if I was in Asia . Greeted by owner Te, large animal statues about, wooden board walk to our unit and appealing amenities available, putt Putt, swimming pool and tennis court . Unfortunately, no time to try them.

I didn’t have time to experience the resort in what they had to offer .

The staff were very friendly and obliging. My room was a budget room which I wasn't really expecting, but it was absolutely spotless.The resort has a pool, extensive playground and tennis court. There is a shop in the reception area.

There was a ceiling fan which was a bit noisy and no air con. Also no hairdryer, iron or wardrobe.

I booked a budget single room last minute as I had to get van repairs done and wait for parts overnight. Very relaxing environment. Set out with gardens and trees, scattered in between buildings. Big veranda with shared kitchen facilities, and lounges to relax on. Staff on arrival were very friendly and very helpful. The service was superb. Thank you.
