We loved our stay at Flynn's. It was super clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a nice little vacation. The location is great, the surrounding gardens are wonderful and all the amenities were great. The bed was super comfortable. It was great to have access to a bbq and the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed.

A little too much chlorine in the pool and the guy with the leafblower - do you really need to start at 6 am and 7 am on the weekend? People pay good money for their holidays and need to rest. It's really not okay to wake up to a leaf blower each morning when the whole purpose of a holiday is to relax. Surely you can adjust your timing to the afternoon? We would absolutely love to come back and stay here and recommend it to all of our friends, but that leaf blower in the morning is a real turn off.

It was very comfortable and had everything you might need for a short or even much longer stay. You could imagine yourself living there! The pool area was lovely and a great jacuzzi too.

All good although I would personally prefer a shower that wasn’t totally overhead when you’re not wanting to get your hair wet. A minor and personal preference. The towels were too few and small but I found out too late I could have asked reception for extras. As we checked in on a Sunday there were no reception staff on the day to ask such things. The property is ideal for Flynn’s Beach but a way from the main town unless you have a car, can get buses or want to walk for 25 minutes.

the location of this property is fantastic. Within walking distance to Flynns Beach and driving distance to everything in Port Macquarie. It is a good size with a large kitchen, dining room, living room and a very comfortable king bed. The shower is lovely. We have stayed here several times and always request the same room as we love to sit in bed and look out to the creek/forest area out the back. Our request has always been granted.

Apparently Autumn is very wet in Port Macquarie so it rained most the time we were there. Whilst it is nice to see the forest area and listen to the birds in that weather, it is not great for visiting the beach!

Such gorgeous well appointed beach villas, with a lovely relaxed vibe. Spacious, comfortable, clean, full size fridge, huge king bed, lovely decor, close to beach (walking distance) and cafe and convenience, 5 min drive to Port Macquarie town, plenty to see and do if you're able to drive around. Loved having own garage to park the car. Aircon was very efficient. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when I locked my self out of my villa in the early am, because I got up early to catch the sunrise on the beach for photography. I asked for total seclusion and privacy, and self sufficiency, and the villa allowed for exactly that!

Slight disrepair. Fridge shelf was broken (forgot to mention it to the staff). light bulb above the stove top needs replacing. Perhaps consider putting the pool gate code on the key tag? Some people are not great at remembering numbers.

Very nice two story individual unit (two story if you need and pay for those extra rooms) with great furnishings. All the units are on a single street off the beaten path and near the koala hospital.

The heater had a hard time getting the downstairs warmed up, especially the bathroom, but then again it was the middle of winter. The villas all have full kitchens but there were no kitchen towels at all. We're from the U.S. so maybe we missed the fact that you bring your own towels to these units? The front office was efficient and handled our late check-in well. But they weren't the most, uh, amiable folks we've run across on our troop? 😀

Fantastic location - only 5 minute walk to beach and cafes. Beautiful pool overlooking natural bush land. Spectacular villas. Recommend for any type of traveller.

Only point for improvement would be to add a rail to help those who need it to enter/exit pool and spa. Management said this issue is planned to get addressed in 2024.

Upstairs bathroom was clean but could improve slightly. I think the addition of Swimming pool towels would be good. The stereo we found didn't work. Not much to complain about.

This is in my top 5 favourite places to stay, the little villas have everything you need for a night or two weeks on holidays. The Villas were quite spacious, functional, clean and modern with a country feel. Staff were fantastic as well, so we had to stay another night because of the fantastic experience we had. The pool and spa were great and the playground was an added bonus.

We stayed there with our two little ones, so we definitely liked the amenities the property had to offer. Such as a laundry, barbecue, some crockery, cutlery and a decent kitchen. Liked the fact that the garage was right under the house. We carried a lot of stuff with us, and I appreciated not having to walk far to transport our things into the house. Our daughters loved seeing the bush turkey, and bearded dragons in the back yard. There is a playground, simple but that didn't stop our toddlers from playing on it 🙂 We booked two rooms and got a three bedroom villa. We liked the option to choose which rooms to use. Masters bedroom was downstairs, but we stayed in the rooms upstairs as we wanted to be close to the girls. We will definitely stay there again in the future.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Flynns Surf Beach Villas. Good location close to Flynn's Beach & the Koala Hospital. The units themselves are well laid out with privacy for different families to stay together. We appreciated the two bathrooms and baby travel cot. Beautiful nature around.

Could have done with a bit more cutlery (especially teaspoons). Also the dining table doesn't seat 7 people even though that is how many people can stay in the apartment.
