Little kids swimming pool for little miss 4 year old & hot tub side by side so we can keep an eye on her Excellent hot water

Not even sure where to start here.... 3 flights of stairs just to get a room while plenty lower down were empty NO LIFT very 80s Alot of rules Now this one doesn't apply to everyone just some of us but there was no smoking anywhere on the grounds you had to leave the property to have a cigarette now I have stayed in numerous places and there happy for me to smoke on the veranda with the door shut not here Seemed to be out to charge extra for everything including if you didn't wash up and pack it away or take the rubbish with you Overall not happy The shower head wouldn't stay in one position seems someone has removed the screw

The apartment was spacious and comfortable (with the exception of the following comments on the damp and darkness) and the location was perfect as it was close to our son's home and the beach. The spa pool and swimming pools were fabulous and we spent a great deal of our time enjoying them. The carpark was great - so good to have a designated spot and the spaces were wide. Thank you.

When we went into the apartment there was a strong smell of damp and mould. We opened all of the windows and doors to air it out and it improved over the next day. The room was dark as it was under the stairwell at the end of the block on the ground level and did not have the same light coming in as the other apartments. This made the room feel cold and dark. We used the air con to warm it and opened all the windows.

An excellent place to stay opposite a great family friendly beach, with coffee shop, bookshop, pizza restaurant and chemist all a short walk away. The pool and hot spa were fantastic and kept the kids entertained for hours even on rainy days.

We had a unit on the top floor right next to the main road which was quite busy and fairly noisy, more than I was expecting. But I think other units set back from the road wouldn't get the traffic noise so much.

Did not like the 49 stairs up to our apartment and having to walk in the rain to get from the second to third floor where our apartment was but I guess that is the price you pay for a sea view, but a nice hotel like this should have been built with a lift especially as it has 3 floors, we did not see where it said stairs only when we booked as it was not with all the amenities listed but at the bottom of the page, in the description it should be more prominent.

The apartment was clean and tidy.

Wouldn't recommend this complex to seniors, owing to the amount of stairs from the underground parking to ground level. Rather difficult navigating stairs to upper apartments with luggage. Lift would have been more convenient Shower over bath tub not ideal for seniors, accident waiting to happen trying to get in and out.

The apartments were clean, had 2 small bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a shower, and a small kitchen/living/dining room, which was perfect for what we wanted. The pool was nice, if a little cold but we went for a swim in the evening so I can't say what it was like during the day. We would stay again.

Aircon in the bedroom would have been a nice luxury but the price was reasonable for what we got.

Excellent customer support as we arrived after reception hours. Our keys were in a lock box with extensive instructions for entry and room location. This was all well known as we were contacted well before arrival and informed so we knew what was happening. Secure carpark convenient to room access. Excellent room facilities and size. Good value for money as we had a full apartment for little more than the cost of a motel room. Great location near Flynns Beach.

Only stayed one night - would have been good to stay longer!!

location was amazing, a walk away from the beach. accomodation was clean and nicely decorated with washing machine, dishwasher and tumble drier facilities. nice balcony area to sit and have tea/dinner in the evenings.

the bathroom a bit small, kept hitting head on the basin and not much room to move around in bath/shower area. Beds could have been a bit firmer (this a personal preference so not best for all) but otherwise accomodation was great.

Great location Opposite the beach, lovely pool, although it was on a busy road there was no road noise. Easy to get into Port Macquarie on foot along the coastal foot path and a two minute drive in the car.

Nothing really , the furniture was a bit tired but it is towards the end of the season so that is to be expected and didn’t affect our stay in any way.

It was fantastic. Very comfortable & clean.

We are in our 70s & we were on the 2nd floor. We had to lug our stuff up the stairs from the car park and them back down again when we checked out. It was a bit of an ordeal. We should have asked for a ground floor apartment. Also, we were charged $360 for our 2-night stay and the Booking.com price was $331 (see photo attached). When we asked Booking.com “why” we were charged $360 instead of $331 - we were told to contact South Pacific Apartments. When we did that, they told us to contact Booking.com...Not happy!!!
