Room very good size, was clean, bathroom was big, had big bath, has a little mini bar in the fridge if need, we didnt use though, the location is really good, close to shops and walking about information center is close by, you need to go there they were very helpful also, when there you need to go to Shellharbour square, to do SHOPPING, it is huge there.

No designated car space, just park whereever, but be prepared when you get back your space maybe not in front of your room, not a big deal but would of prefered in front of own room, then again you can wait till someone moves then move your car, and walk !

There's a few criteria I use to rate a place: 1. Is the shower pressure good enough to get a decent shower? 2. Is the quiet enough to get a decent sleep. 3. Are the bed's comfortable enough to get a decent sleep. And a bonus. 4. Are the staff nice enough. This place scores 5/5 on all of them. Plus there's a street of amazing food literally 1 min around the corner. At the bottom of the street - the ocean. Awesome.

Excellent size room, very comfortable. It was on the upper level, which is fine if you are OK with stairs. Very nice welcome from the staff. Parking is on-site and was sufficent for needs, with me being able to park fairly close to the room. Very quiet and peaceful spot with easy walking access to the old village centre with its numerous cafes and small shops.

Nothing really that could be better. Very happy with the stay.

It was an excellent location, plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. It was very quiet until the builders started at 7am!

The room wasn't very well designed-fridge one side of the room and tea/coffee making the other side.They are currently renovating so hopefully this will improve. We didn't know they were renovating, didn't appreciate 7am wake ups.

Great staff, excellent location, clean and spacious rooms. We stay here when visiting family and have no real complaints. it is so convenient to the cafes, waterfront and to the Shellharbour area. Just be aware that the shower is over the bathtub which is quite deep so it requires a lot of care to get in and out of the shower (there are mats and a hand rail). If you are not sure talk to the staff about disability rooms before you book. We will continue to stay there.

No frills, clean rooms. Couldn't expect more from a motel. Pretty good location in the heart of the village with cafes and restaurants around the corner. Was convenient to have car park right at the door step. The property could improve guest comfort by installing a water bubbler or equivalent.

The staff were very helpful in organising the type of rooms requested and their proximity to each other. Cleanliness was excellent. We've stayed here previously and love the village.

It wasn't that I didn't like it, but the small upstairs bathroom's design of where the toilet and vanity are placed made it a little awkward to move freely.

Location, big room and bathroom, quiet considering the place was booked out. Friendly staff. Amenities were great and well stocked.

There was a large dark stain on the out layer of the bed linen, stains on the pillow cases but they were promptly changed, bin was too small for a family of 4 but staff kindly gave us extra bin bags to use.

The staff were amazing, the room servicing was top notch, the facilities were great, and the location was second-to-none. Loved my visit!

Air con only (couldn’t change to heat mode). I also found the bed a little uncomfortable (maybe the pillows?), but that was a personal preference thing, I think. Car parking was a little tight.

Probably time for a room upgrade, Walls need a new modern light paint and the carpet needs to go. TV in bed area is either to small or too far away from the bed to see properly. Cleaning staff are very loud/ talking amongt each other and cracking jokes etc with no real regard for the fact that paying customers are still on site after some peace and quite. I understand it is there workplace, however its also someone`s holiday or time away or working in there room time.
