Excellent location to all amenities and the view was amazing. Couple of Restaurants within the venue is excellent. The walk to beach is amazing and relaxing. Close WIN stadium if your NRL fan . Hidden gem in Wollongong cbd.

Would have like more cleaning utilities for dishes no washing sponge only cleaning liquid. Good small size fridge with shelfs Would have been handy, no Netflix or Stan even have options to connect Would more pleasant for kids.shower rails rusty that towel gets stain with rust. Microwave with oven or grill Would also been better as can more options to warm food . No one likes soggy pastry or pies.

Central location, friendly staff. The ammenities of the club that is attached offering meals and drinks. We stayed in both the mountain room and the sea side room. The sea side room was much larger and had a great view. I would stay there again but would choose the sea side room. Plenty to see and do close to the hotel

When it stated a kitchenette , I was under the impression that I would have a stove to cook on, it only consisted of a microwave and a small bar fridge. Carpet was stained and found it difficult to open the balcony door, no chairs or table on the balcony.

Excellent location for our needs as close to WIN stadium (we came for a show). Short easy walk to the beach, a couple of nice restaurants we tried, and Aldi for any essentials. We booked a two bedroom apartment and each bedroom had its own bathroom which was a bonus. Good facilities on site, bar, restaurant and childrens play area. Bed comfy, quiet room.

Although clean the apartment was a little tired with frayed carpet and holes in the dining chairs. Although there was no view from our balcony, an outdoor table and chairs would have been nice as the balcony was large. A couple of lights and the hairdryer were not working but staff were glad we told them this as we left so these could be fixed for the next guests.

The location is great for a short holiday exploring on foot. We enjoyed the easy walking to cafes, venues, beaches and transport (we didn’t have a car). It was easy to come and go. The large 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite was very comfortable for a family of four. The beds were comfy and clean, and the balcony was very large. Staff were polite and unobtrusive.

Nothing major. We had a ceiling hatch leak above our toilet (which was resolved that day), and the shower made the floor quite wet beyond the curtain/shallow barrier. The fridge temp setting was hard to regulate, freezing food and milk. We couldn’t really see the Corrimal Street action over the double width balconies above the main hotel entrance; furniture/bench on the balcony would make it more of a space to linger.

Room very spacious and comfortable. Easy walk to beach, cafes, shops, etc. Quiet location. Golf club facilities such as bistro and bar very nice. Kitchenette well stocked with crockery, cutlery, kettle and microwave.

Would have liked the ocean view but had a mountainview which was mostly planter box and apartments across the road, with tops of mountains behind. Considering the stocked kitchenette, I think they could supply a toaster and perhaps a bigger bar fridge.

Fantastic location overlooking golf course and ocean. Was able to watch sunrise over the ocean. Also quiet. No traffic noise.

Only one problem. The boiler broke and there was no hot water the first night and next morning. Nobody's fault. Just bad luck. It would have been nice if staff let me know what was going on rather than me running the water for ages to see if it ran warm. It was quickly rectified and the water was lovely and hot for my 2nd night.

Good location to beach and city centre. Nice sized 1 bed apartment. It was good to receive a short-term “guest” card for the Best Western sports/golf club.

Hotel wifi was unstable. It kept dropping out repeatedly after sometimes less than a minute of using it. Top sheet of bedding had a stain on it. Could have been resolved by calling down to front reception I’m sure, however it was late and we didn’t want to wait longer to go to bed.

I had a mountain view appartement so afternoon sun on the balcony. The appartement is well furnished and quiet. The bar on the ground floor has direct access and open views of the golf course. It also serves basic breakfast like coffee and toast/muffin for $10! The restaurant/cafe on the first floor has a varied menu and amazing views of the golf course and the ocean behind it.

A small table and chairs on the balcony would be nice. A little bit away from public transport. Ok in good weather but not when raining. There’s a bus stop in the front of the hotel but I think this bus only comes every hour.

The ocean view was excellent. The room is quiet for our stay.

The mattress is a bit worn out in the centre as it was drooping when you're sleeping. My wife slept on the sofa on the second night instead. The first night was too tired to notice. Oh parking is an issue. I was lucky to park in front of the reception. The parking is full almost the whole day. I did not drive out fearing I would miss out the parking slot outside the reception.

The view from our balcony over the golf course to the ocean was great and always interesting. The place is walking distance from several eating places, a supermarket and heritage sites.

There is no breakfast provided onsite and there is no pedestrian crossing for an elderly travel companion to safely get to the cafe across the road. Luckily we arrived early enough to find this out from Reception and we went to the supermarket and bought breakfast provisions for our stay, as the unit had kitchen and dining areas.
