The location was wonderful as the site said water front and we could fall off our balcony into the water. The shuttle to the club was just wonderful and the staff were brilliant and very helpful with all our enquiries.

While the bed was very comfy......it was very short.....as in....I'm 180cms tall and my ankles were off the end and my head was touching the wall. Also, the club charged Sydney prices and they really had no business doing so as we were rather disappointed with the food. The quantity in the serving was good but the quality just wasn't there....I didn't realise it was possible to make an inedible Hawaiian Pizza but these guys managed it with pickled pineapple and feta. Really the only disappointing thing here as everything else was really great.

Location was awesome, really peaceful and quiet. Full sized fridge so great for families, with kettle and toaster. There was also a portable stove top for cooking and a bbq outside the cabin. The club has great restaurants and if you buy a social membership for $5 then you get discounts on meals which is a great saving

The portable stove top for cooking isn’t practical enough for families and you can’t rely on the bbq if the weather isn’t great. The staff don’t mention the membership when checking in, you have to work that out for yourself. The cabin wasn’t very clean as there was mould throughout the bathroom. When having a shower we opened the window a touch and used the exhaust fan but still the room became wet with steam so this will be adding to the mould issue. This also causes the floor to become very slippery and dangerous. There was an anti slip mat for the shower but we didn’t find this until we were leaving as it was in a cupboard. Also there were no ironing facilities within the cabin

The beds were a little uncomfortable. Could do with a padded comforter. The bunk beds The same. The bottom step needs attention a bit wonky. Especially when stepping down with heavy stuff. The air-conditioning is very noisy when coming on and off. Love the set up and well stocked with everything you need. A couple of ex blankets as well. These are just suggestions not really complaints as such. Would enjoy staying for longer time. We were there for golf comp. Would definitely consider for a holiday location.

What a hidden gem, Despite being over 20 years old the units were up to date and extremely clean and simple. Loved our stay here and would definitely come again. it was fantastic little unit with everything you need on the grounds. Great bistro and fantastic staff (except for the chef making pizzas) The staff were extremely friendly helpful and welcoming

The chef at pizza bar was not happy at all and did not respond to any thank you's etc. He seemed very stressed and was not pleasant at all. Sorry but I know he was overwhelmed but a little effort would have been nice. I understand it was extremely busy but a simple courteous comments would have been welcomed. y\

spacious and clean. We loved the kids playground and the space for the children to ride their bikes. Proximity to the bowling club was a win as the new restaurants and outdoor area with playground was fabulous

We had to make our own beds up. Our booking had two children in it but the bunk beds and sofa bed were not made up. It would have been nice to have been contacted in advance about bed preferences and had these made in advance.

Location is great. Better signage would have been helpful and getting told that you have to check in at the bowling club also would of been helpful so I didn't have to drive around a carpark looking for the place and have to ask someone where it is.

Majority of the place was clean except for the shower and around the toilet still had hair in it. Cleaners should be aware of these details. No one wants to see bodily hair on the floor. I wouldn't care so much if it was one but it was numerous hairs. Please get your cleaners to take better care of cabins. After all we are paying for a clean service. Thank you

Great value for money. Club facilities were fantastic. We could have a beer and walk home in 5 min. The cabins were very comfortable and the units were excellent too. We will be back again.

The kids events over the holidays were too popular and were already booked out when we got there. Hopefully next time we book them a week before we go.

Close to the Bowls Club for function/ meals etc!

Lovely little self contained cabins. Clean, comfy, and extra bonus of Foxtel :) Would be equally comfy for a bigger family, but was easy enough for just one.

Staff that look after the lodging where lovely, but the staff at the club where less then helpful and had very bad attitudes. Has absolutely nothing to do with the cabins in any way.

Second time staying at Barrack Point and my family and I love it. Great location, price, enough room for my family of 4. Children fought over the bunk beds. Great large shower head. Everything you need in the kitchen to cook a meal. I love Barrack Point.

Beds are a bit uncomfortable and the television only had a hand full of channels. No toiletries except a small bar of soap.
