Loved the view of the river from the balcony. Bed was comfortable but firm. However, if you prefer a soft mattress, it's not ideal. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Free toiletries were great! Aircon was lovely and cold. Somewhat easy to find however be aware there are 2 buildings, you need to go to the one on the left, not the one on the right.

Bar fridge in room needs upgrading as fridge part was warm and freezer part iced over. Mattress was fairly firm which made it slightly hard to sleep Aircon very noisy however lovely and cold, given it was a 40degree day, the cold was welcoming. Bed needs extra pillows.

Love the location. Great price for water view. I have stayed here numerous times and love how quiet it is. Staff forgot to give us towels but a quick trip to front desk and was sorted.

Only thing I can say is that this is an older style motel which I love but the room I was in had a problem with the tv remote and a fridge that had frozen over. But for the price I can not complain.

Windsor Terrace is an older motel, that in its heyday was very modern and would have received top marks. The rooms were quite large ( Ive had smaller elsewhere and they are horrible) Windsor Terrace rooms are a good comfortable size, we upgraded to a terrace and I'm pleased we did. Windsor shopping centre is a comfortable walk with a restaurants and pubs even closer. Hope to see you there. Cheers Mark and Di.

I have no negative comments.

The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. There's a mini pantry with a microwave, a small kettle, coffee and tea, There were plenty of closet spaces. There back of the room opens up to a common backyard with a view of the river. There's are picnic tables which would be great when it isn't winter.

There was a toilet room in the bathroom. I had to go to the reception and was given 1 roll only. The aircon/heater was noisy and there was a constant humming sound throughout the night.

The room was clean and tidy and had all the facilities needed for the stay. Bed was comfortable and staff were friendly during check in. Was very quiet and was an enjoyable stay

Parking was ok but spots filled up quickly over the weekend

Value for money - you get what you pay for... Nothing more, nothing less. Staff were nice. Easy to find and access our room, comfy beds, EXCELLENT shower! OMG the shower. So hot, so much pressure. Towels were old, but you only needed to walk past them to be dry. 😄

Fridge was smaller than a bar fridge, about half the size. Byo esky if you plan on settling in for the night. 😉

I liked the view, the way it's close to all the restaurants, cafes, activities it is. The beds were super comfy, one of the best sleeps I've had.

There wasn't anything I could find bad about the motel.

Situated in a great location in a beautiful town. The Koala mattress was very comfortable and we had a great sleep. Loved the private balcony overlooking the river. Overall it was a great place for the price. Would definitely stay there again.

The interior could do with an update/freshen up as looks a little dated but again, still a nice comfortable room in a good spot for the price.

Disappointed to read someone's review of this place was "passable" before I booked. Location is great to local food & drink hub, room was huge and very clean. Every thing worked. Have paid more for worse plenty of times. Nothing wrong with this hotel.

Good position, pleasant outlook

The threadbare chair in our room . I thought it was unnecessary & detracted from the room. The outdoor furniture on the balcony was in need of replacing.
