Clean, quiet, easy to book in and the staff were lovely. Room was quiet a good size, great bathroom and shower. The bed was ok the TV could be a bit bigger for the room size. Over Christmas the cafe wasn’t open so I couldn’t get room service. I ordered Uber eats and it was delivered to reception who called me when it arrived. The pool area only has 3 sun lounges when I got down there for a swim there was no where to sit I dived in and had a swim then. then a lady left, then a family left so I had a lounge. Umbrella was slightly damaged, could do with new one and a few more chairs and tables.

The property was very central to where I attended a conference. The staff were very helpful & welcoming. They immediately arranged for a new microwave to be brought to my room when the door to the one that was there was impossible to open.

Although the door would shut & lock there was always a noise like a hissing, coming from under & around the door, which could only be stopped when the door was pushed & held closer to the lintel.

Beds were very comfortable, the room was spacious and overall the experience was good. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel is very close to local shops and public transport, making it easy to get to. All in all, good value for money.

Parking actually costs $15 per night, which happened after changing from Adina to Punthill, something which wasn't made clear until arrival. Minimal room service, and room cleaning isn't automatically done without contacting the front desk, something I didn't realise until the last night. However, even with those in mind, it wasn't enough to spoil my stay.

Quite room with options to open door for fresh air othe than air-conditioning. Separate bedroom to lounge room quality kitchen and bathroom and inclusions.wide ventilationed hallways and space to meet on each floor, vending machine with everything you need and cafe. Parking was full boomgate and sercurity. Outside area's to also sit. Walking distance to shopping centres and light rail.

Maybe an underlight in the kitchen hub area as roof lights is not enough. Also, a rail for holding onto to get out of shower

Older style/ classic accomodation with excellent and very professional staff. Meticulously clean. Great restaurant. Great restaurant staff. Special shout out to James on Reception Desk. 😀 Cleaning staff did an exceptional job. I stayed for one night 07/07/22, but I will be returning again soon. Property was close to all I needed for my short stay in Norwest. Reasonably priced.

Classic rooms and nicely decorated, but the rooms are a little dated regarding the design and no real kitchenette/ facilities, though there is a cupboard with the usual needs like tea etc and a small bar fridge.

An excellent home away from home base for visiting Sydney. The location is convenient for public transport (the new Metro is amazing), shopping, getting around by car etc. The apartments are very comfortable and well-equipped and the housekeeping service is exceptional. Reception staff are incredibly helpful.

Minor inconsistencies in the way the apartments are set up. We've stayed in three different apartments in this property now and they are all extremely well set up but each one we've stayed in has been equipped slightly differently. One was missing the usual extra chair in the lounge area, one had no fruit bowl or chopping board in the kitchen, and pots and pans have been inconsistent. For self-catering accommodation, it's really helpful to be able to rely on what is going to be there.

The entire hotel had a nice layout. From the foyer to the hotel room it was nice and clean. The floor we were on had a nice waiting area too. The hotel room was spacious and we enjoyed the bathing products. Staff were friendly and location was close to nearby restaurants. Also they accepted the NSW stay vouchers. It was great they had undercover parking which was secure & since it was raining had undercover walkway back to the hotel.

Mattress was too soft and perhaps request for a firm bed next time.

Amazing staff. The staff were so friendly, everyone we passed was exceptionally kind and genuine to. Shout out to the amazing cleaning staff who were so kind and caring to our little fella. The rooms were spacious and modern, wifi was fast.

The room was very spacious and had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. Close to the station which was handy. We paid for parking which guaranteed us a spot but probably wasn’t necessary because there were lots of parking spots in the free section. We’d stay here again!

Everything was great.

Spacious room. good kitchen facilities. Laundry facilities. We liked the room layout which was very practical giving privacy to the bedroom while enough room for visitors in the lounge room

The Shower knob was broken and came off a few times. some of the paintings had peeled off paint. some cupboard doors in the kitchen had lining peeling off.
