This is THE best motel I have stayed in, in the Sydney region, across 25 years. My room was excellent value for money, beautifully clean, and cleaned every day I was there. The room was also incredibly quiet and being close to a great restaurant was a wonderful bonus. Beautiful meals were delivered to my room within 20 minutes of ordering them from QR room service. Staff were lovely and I was delighted with everything about my stay. I highly recommend Mercure Rouse Hill and will choose to stay there on future visits.

There was nothing that I could fault. The Mercure Rouse Hill is better than any 5 star accomodation I have stayed in, in Sydney.

It was not easy to find the car park or the front of the motel as you had to go through the pubs car park and kFC was there it was a bit confusing I did find it a bit rude to be asked to put $100 bond down in case we used anything from the mini bar! Just don’t have anything there and make it part of room service! AND for the price of the room you could have a couple of biscuits there for a cuppa!

Excellent facilities. We ordered room service and it was quick and a good meal. We had a room on the ground floor close to reception (002) and it was very convenient for us. Wifi was excellent, shower was great and the bed was comfy. Staff were very friendly and informative.

There really wasn't anything we didn't like. We have lived in the area for 8 years and wish we had discovered you sooner. We stayed because we were in the process of relocating to NZ and moving out of our house.

The room and amenities in the room were excellent. The service desk personnel and housekeeping staff were great and very friendly.

The breakfast menu did not include healthy eating options such as fresh fruit, cereals or yogurt. We are not great eaters of bacon & eggs, sausages or pancakes and felt that we lacked the food we normally eat for breakfast. This would have been beneficial for us over the eight-night stay.

We loved the location and the convenience to access shopping, entertainment and sites. The service from the front desk was very friendly and it was great to see a smile to welcome you when you enter the foyer. We were surprised by our room having been re-cleaned by the cleaners. It was refreshing and we felt assured of comfort everytime of our stay.

There is nothing we could fault in our stay and we are sure that whoever may want to book into this Hotel, they will leave feeling grateful and enjoyable.

We ordered room service just for coffee on the last day and it was delicious! Shower was a good size with good water pressure. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Great location for the purpose of our trip.

There was a small tear in one beds linen but still a very comfortable bed and a previous customer hid some rubbish quite well that was missed by cleaning staff but didn't create a smell or anything. Just by chance we actually seen it.

I loved how close it was to the regional park and The Fiddler, both locations that were the main reason we stayed at the hotel. The facilities were modern and clean. The fragrance in the common areas was pleasing to my senses and made me feel like I was in an elegant hotel. The staff were amazing! They were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay a comfortable one specifically making sure my wedding cake was stored in an appropriately sized fridge.

The room service menu was limiting and didnt offer drinks but appreciate we're in a different world still with COVID and it wasnt the worst thing.

Our room was located on the ground floor and was comfortable with enough room to spread out in. I was a fan of the bathroom facilities. Parking was first in best dressed but every time we parked (about 4 times during our stay) we never experienced a problem.

Parking was not undercover so the car could get very hot especially in summer.

The Reception staff was very courteous and welcoming. Very well appointed room and super comfortable bed. Great design throughout. Great facilities (my dream shower) and bathroom products range is brilliant as well.

Either from a near by room or from the Fiddler next door, disco deep sounds could be heard till late on the night.

minor whinge, restaurant was a bit expensive, and one of the morning staff ladies very unfriendly, last thing you want first thing in the morning is to be faced with someone who Cleary doesn’t want to be there. Overall other staff friendly & efficient.
