Location is beautiful and well-lit. Easy car parking facilities. Very cheerful and helpful staff at the reception. Beautiful large shower and shower amenities. Enjoyed the Australian natural shower products. Great selection of desserts from the in-room service. Although we didn't get to try, the in-house spa looked amazing with a lot of services.

Temperature control for the room is situated at the reception. I had no idea about that. And so the room was boiling during the nights and no matter even though the setting was kept at 17deg.C, it was too hot to sleep. A note next to the A/C control in room, mentioning to call reception to switch modes would have been highly appreciated. Breakfast can have better vegetarian options with wilted spinach and hash browns. The grilled tomatoes had a fishy smell.

Friendliness of the staff, particularly reception, bar and housekeeping. Clean and comfortable room of adequate size. Free parking for guests in a secure garage.

Outdoor lighting on the building facade remained on all night and the room curtains did not exclude all the light at their edges. Do those lights really need to burn all night? Also given the energy costs these days and consider light pollution for the environment.

The beds are so comfortable that I slept better than I have for a long time.

Breakfast supplies weren’t maintained. At 8.30am there was no juice, no eggs, no bread, no muesli, and it felt like I was being unreasonably demanding when I let staff know. The I recalled, it has been the same each time I have stayed - time to change. A real let-down on an otherwise great place.

beautiful property, peaceful and tranquil, it was our 30th anniversary, and when I booked back in Feb I also booked the restaurant, but unfortunately because of Anzac Day the restaurant was closed, and because of an oversight I wasent told until the evening before I arrived the staff went out of their way to make up for it, complimentary champagne in the room, and a special table set in the restaurant, but only serving from the bar menu, but that was lovely anyway, then complimentary chocolates and dipped strawberries from the chef…could not fault anything thankyou

I liked the friendliness, and efficiency of the hospitality staff, especially in the restaurant, and also our greeting as we arrived at reception which to me/us is extremely important. We were not kept waiting between each meal, at the Restaurant. Each meal for entree and main, were delicious, could have been hotter though.

Hard to say during times of hardship, illness or lack of staff to cater to every detail of the room, for example not being able to come back to your room and find that even though you have paid for your room, there is a lack of staff to clean your room, during our stay.

Location, the staff I met, the room size were all great. Being able to open windows was great. Towels and linen were lovely. Plenty of tea and coffee supplies as well as biscuits.

The bathroom wasn't as clean as I would expect. Toilet seat needed cleaning and the tiles in front of the toilet were very dirty, especially the grouting. The carpet had not been vaccuumed after previous guests. The desk lamp shade was turned upside down, I had to reinstall the globe for it to work. The standard lamp did not work at all.

Nice size room with a lounge and coffee table; space to relax with a glass of bubbly. The bed was comfortable with a choice of pillows. Windows you can open!!

This is a premium-priced hotel - I would have liked a coffee pod machine with a selection of brews. In common with many hotels the number of teabags was a bit stingy - seriously, we're not going to provision our home with your teabags!

Although close to a main road, the staff bent over backwards to ensure we had a good room. top floor with a balcony so we could open the door and get fresh air and sunshine when desired, yet it was still a very quiet room.

The access out of the property during peak periods is difficult as the local drivers can see you waiting to pull across traffic to turn right,but block the driveway and don’t let you out to turn left or right. This is a small thing only.

we couldn't work out how to turn off the air con - noisy at night. tea bags ran out on first day and were not replenished hot drinks we bought from cafe the first day were in a larger takeaway container than on subsequent days so we were disappointed when purchasing the next time

Room service delivery was excellent. Server went above and beyond to deliver early. She also assisted in the bar and again at breakfast the following morning. I believe her name is Catherine.

Air conditioning was noisy. Tv was tricky at times needing staff attention.. hand rails in shower would have helped as floor slippy.
