From the time I booked the reception was spacious and pleasant but the young lady who attended to me was a credit to her employee "Quest" she was so courteous , friendly which made you feel welcome as a special long time returning guest. Which it wasn't it was my first stay! The studio room was far beyond what I expected and everything had I needed including small kitchenette, microwave and the bathroom a good size. Switched on the television but whoever had the room before appears to have changed the settings, rang reception and within 5 minutes the young girl who attended to me at reception came up and fixed the issue. Can highly recommend the Quest Norwest to anyone travelling, visiting or going to either Norwest Private Hospital, Blacktown Hospital and not far from Westmead Hospital, it has everything to make your stay relaxing and comfortable.

The rooms were well dressed and made up with massive comfy beds! Great presentation and friendly service all around! The pre-check-in made the face to face check-in a breeze as I got straight into a room with key-cards within minutes of arriving. Even the next day while I was outside waiting for an uber (after check out) the worker made an effort to greet me - which in my experience is rare for them to be nice and overly friendly even after check out. I was also pleasantly surprised to find bottled water on bedside tables and oversized/plus-size-friendly towels.

The casting from devices onto the TV and wifi was a little slow. E.g. the casting from both our phones (both new apple & samsung phones) were a hassle to get started & were a slight let down as it kept cutting out as well as taking forever to cast to the TV. Otherwise there were no other issues whatsoever.

Loved everything it was a beautiful suite, very modern and spacious. Very clean and comfortable. Much bigger than expected, really good value for money. The balcony was a surprise. We didn't know that was part of the deal. We would definitely stay here again & wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends and family.

The only negative was the water in the shower. First time using it was boiling hot then later on my partner had to have a cold shower because the hot water would not come out. Then again in the morning it was scalding hot and I couldn't get it any cooler.

Studio apartment was excellent size and had all the things we needed. Beds were super comfortable as were the pillows. Having a restaurant/ bar onsite was a bonus we only had a drink but staff were welcoming and attentive. Lovely hot shower! Everything we needed for an overnight stay after attending a funeral near by. Would recommend ++

These are constructive comments - the young lady who checked me in needed to speak up a little more, I am 148cm tall, trying to hear her over the usual high check in desks was a bit difficult. Attentive and covered all the bases just needs to enunciate and speak a little louder. Cleaning in bathroom was good, just need attention to corner areas when mopping etc, noticed the same thing in the toilets downstairs adjacent to check in.

The hotel is near Norwest Hospital and Circa Shopping Centre and a short drive to the M2 & M7 motorways. Not only is it a quiet location but the room was well sound-proofed. All the staff were cheerful and helpful. Coco Noir cafe downstairs was a lovely convenience for a quick meal and the food was delicious.

The power points in our kitchen weren't working but several staff tried their best to find the problem and when it couldn't be fixed we were transferred to another room, so really it was inconvenient but we were pleased with the assistance we received.

Room sizes were spacious and everything was clean and well appointed. We had a 2 bedroom apartment and liked the size of the space and the comfy bedrooms. The bathrooms and kitchen was nice and clean too. Staff were friendly and helpful, lots of parking, and good coffee shop and restaurant downstairs.

It’s only a small thing but the room didn’t get vacuumed while we were staying there, and we have a 5 year old who did make a mess while eating so it would have been nice if the floor was cleaned during the 4 nights we were there

The staff were so very warm and friendly, we all felt welcome. There was nothing they left unturned. The room was amazing. Very clean and spacious. Staff were prompt when asked for extra towels and blankets. The breakfast was amazing and loved by us all. The food was fresh and delicious. If you walked away hungry it was your own fault. There was plenty to go around and then some. The location was tucked away from the rat race of Sydney but not to far away. Bella Vista has some hidden gems that we found and loved. The Bella Vista farms was loved by all of us. It’s great for the kids to have a run around. We will be back to stay here anytime we are in Sydney

This was my second stay at Quest, Bella Vista. The location is excellent being just off the M2 and M7 and the road to Canberra. The room was very clean and the bed was most comfortable. Reception staff were very friendly and helped me with the TV remote. My wife and I have also stayed at the Quest apartments in North Sydney, Robina and Toowoomba in Qld. The layout of the rooms, the crockery, the cutlery. the condiments and the bathroom accessories are the same in every Quest Apartment. We feel that we are staying at our home away from home with each visit. Highly recommend the Quest Apartments. You might pay a bit more but the experience makes it worthwhile.

Another Lobby trolley would have been good. I had to take our things to the car as all the trolleys were being used. Bread and butter size plates would be appreciated. An extra disabled parking bay.

The team are calm and professional never rattled and always helpful. We like the peace and quiet of the area and the ease of access to Woolworths for our grovery needs. The team at Coco Noir are sweet and the egg and bacon roll was just too yummy.

Minor however would like it if they left more dishwasher powder on arrival as we were booked for 4 nights; I am sure if I had asked at reception that they would have responded no worries.

Modern, clean, spacious, 15mins drive to Castle Towers. The washing machine in the apartment didn't work, but they replaced it within a couple of hours.

The hotel WiFi didn't work. Their regular system where you have to enter the last name and room number never worked. When I complained, I was told to call the hotel WiFi service providers on a 1300 number! I couldn't understand why I should be the one calling their tech support to fix the hotel WiFi. Then they gave me a voucher to use; however, the internet was terribly slow. I ended up using my mobile internet throughout the stay.
