The location and size of room for the price we paid was first class. A great time was had at the motel. Able ot het in and out via James Ruse Drive was a breeze.

The checkin time was listed to include upto 30 minutes past midnight. However, the property is not attended from 10:30 pm onwards and staff need to meet us at the gate for checkin. We had also advised them via email that my wife is the primary guest and that I would not be in personal attendance. No attempt was made to respond to inform me that I need to set this via Booking.com. She had to wait until the change was made at the 11th hour (litterally - PM) and had to wait until that was processed into their system (20 mins). A little communication would have been nice.

Location - was walking distance to Rosehill Racecourse (where the conference was), a nice hotel, Woolworths (for supplies), a few takeaway places. Turns out it was easy to get to as well. A good amount of room so we weren't tripping over each other.

The noise from James Rouse drive. Very noisy. Fittings a little worn and some things need a bit of attention/tightening (hinges, door handles etc). Nothing major - the quality of fittings shows that they are for show and are rather cheap (and that means you need to up the maintenance a bit re handles, hinges etc).

The location was perfect - easily accessible to shops and other facilities. The bed was extremely comfortable. The apartment was lovely - with a good use of the space, and everything was very comfortable.

Unfortunately, the apartment was located close to a main road, and therefore there was a lot of traffic noise. In addition, our television did not work and the office staff were unable to replace the television because the complex was fully booked out.

Loved the apartment size for a family. Prefer ground floor if possible because stairs are a bit steep but still happy to stay there on a higher floor because of the apartment size and facilities. The staff were very nice especially angie who helped us park outside as our car was too talk with pod on.

Rooms haven't been vaccumed properly in a while. I moved some of the single beds so my toddlers wouldnt fall out and it was very dirty underneath. I even found old food wrapped and a giant foil ball. Also lots of built up fluff etc against the walls under furniture....so it makes you feel a bit dirty. Also - my husband had a strange encounter with a male receptionist late one night. We returned back from dinner and was asked to "come with me" to check in. He insisted we hadn't checked in 2 days prior and was really rude. My hubby thought the guy was racist and accusing us of not being guests....but it all worked out after 15 mins of reiterating we had checked in with Angie. Very unpleasant though.

Lovely staff, very accommodating and helpful. We stayed in an executive apartment, it was very spacious, self contained, very comfortable beds and pillows. Bathrooms are fantastic..renovated and awesome shower heads with fantastic water pressure. Great location, close to transport, ferry, supermarket, medical clinic and food outlets. It has secure parking. Walking distance to beautiful parks.

Parking on the property itself was an extra $15 per day.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The reception hours are til late. The apartment was big and spacious with all your basics in the kitchen and laundry. The bed was super comfy and there was a small shopping centre about 5 min walk away. Love that I was able to check in early and request a late checkout, costing $20 per hour.

Some extra big bags, so that I didn’t have to over fill it when I checked out. A baking tin or oven dish, as I would have loved to have baked some brownies :)

The suite was spacious and clean compared to my other stays. Had a large screen TV where I could stream my contents. Had a nice kitchen, good WiFi and a very quiet location. The beds and the linen were good.

The bedroom did not have an air conditioner, instead it only had a wall fan, the living room AC was not good enough for cooling the bedroom, however it was not that uncomfortable because night temperature was not that high.

The apartment was spacious, it was great to have a dishwasher, the bed was comfortable, the air-conditioning in the lounge was a life saver.

Going up two flights of stairs was not fun with luggage. Not having air-conditioning in the bedroom was not great. The tap in the kitchen didn't seem to run cold, the couches were uncomfortable and it would have been great to have a coffee pod machine.

You cannot beat the price! The room exceeded my expectations and I will be staying here again if attending an event at Olympic park, only a short drive or a quick train ride.

The only thing I had issue with was the power switching off if the laundry machine was in use and also from about 12-3am there was a man outside of my door moaning very loudly, it was a little scary tbh and it was a struggle to sleep. Apart from that it was great.

Easy to find and drive to, enough room for several people with 2 bathrooms, 2 minute walk to Woolies, a nice easy flat walk (1.5km) to Parramatta station.

Garden outside our room was not maintained and no seating on balcony for friend who is a smoker, even though we had paid for the accommodation before our stay we were asked to pay a bond of $200 which was not mentioned on booking.com
