Nesuto apartments are an 11 Storey complex (not including the carpark levels) effectively an apartment complex that has been done up, which is located in-between Rosehill and Parramatta with I am only guessing 50 percent fulltime residence and the other half motel rooms, or the owners rent the room out through Nesuto. The front desk staff I encountered were absolutely excellent service and courtesy was A1.(thankyou). Great views on the 10th floor which you access by a swipe card interestingly the floors were not secured or locked off from one another so you can walk anywhere in the complex effectively unchallenged even the carpark which ironically you need a swipe card or a key or a security code to get in and out of. Where we stayed there were views of Rosehill racecourse and Accor stadium and another venue near the footy stadium i couldn't quite work out what it was, be that as it may the room had one double bed and a single bed BUT hang on the double was actually two singles pushed together (REALLY)!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Not impressed. by the bed thing. The PowerPoints are old and all need replacing. Now for $180.00 you get: A television, Wi-Fi, fridge, two hotplates on the electric stove, Sink, and kitchen bench, dishwasher, microwave, lighting was good to and washing machine in the bathroom the shower was a portable shower you hold not the fixed type, so it sufficed. The lighting was good. For $25.00 you get a buffet breakfast. Parking cost me $15.00 a night not bad I suppose. There was a pool spa and mini gym so overall pretty good value and apart from the PowerPoints issue and the lack of double bed. I give it about 8 and a half out of ten. Thanks Nesuto

Really only 4 things: 1) The carparking driving from level to level is very narrow. 2) The double bed thing was annoying as it was two singles just pushed together. 3) Replace those old PowerPoints. 4) The fact that you just walk off the street and can walk into the lift and access any level as the reception staff are not always monitoring every person who enters the complex may not be an issue for most but when I am paying 180 dollars a night these 4 things are an issue for me.

We appreciated being able to check in early. The location was perfect as we were within walking distance of where we needed to be. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The woman waiting/taking orders etc in the restaurant on Monday night (11th Sept) was friendly, attentive and very considerate. Room was comfortable and well appointed.

Only that it was a bit tricky reaching the PowerPoint for one lamp...not really an 'issue'!

A good location for us, as we were visiting family. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The kitchenette provided everything that you could need. A small dinning table and chairs instead of the sofa would have been great. The beds are very comfortable.

The balcony doors are not double glazed, which meant the road noise was very loud even on the 11th floor. I was very surprised that you did not need to use your room key card to access the lifts. The carpark is very very tight.

Your Reception Staff ANDY - superb customer focus & interactions. Your great allrounder staff member EVELYN was fantastic - fast, efficient, proactive, full of energy and so helpful. Staff were great in the Breakfast Room. Very responsive, we stay at big Hotel Chains everywhere in Australia and your staff did let any of the food run-out or used plates pile up on the tables either. Very impressive.

I have to say, your 10:00am Check-out on a Sunday morning is not good and is quite annoying as we had to rush and pack and have breakfast and get out. Although Andy helped us by extending our check-out time to 11am it did not align with your close-up for Breakfast times. Your Breakfast time close-up time is far too early for a Sunday morning 6:30am to 9:30am is too early. Check out should be 11am. Breakfast close-up should be at least 10:30am. Eddy

Location. Was very close to Sydney Olympic Park and Parramatta. All staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant every morning for breakfast and we were pleasantly surprised with the wide range of cooked breakfast on offer. We also ate at the restaurant one night and there was a lot of options on the menu and the meals were huge! The hotel was very clean and tidy.

The car park was a little tight. The hot water in the shower took a long time to kick in.

The bed was very comfortable. We had very good night sleep. It is very well maintained. The appliances are all equipped with the table wears. It even has dishwasher so it was hassle free after having food. There was a small table with a sofa. We enjoyed wine a lot at the small table. It really felt like holiday. We have selected breakfast included option. You can have buffet breakfast except leafy salad. The location is nearby Woolworth. Only 10 mins away on foot. It is very good to do last minute shopping. Really value for money. Good for family or couples. Quiet at night.

The laundry machine has issues when drying the clothes.

The rooms were lovely and quiet (this was very noticeable when opening the window, as obviously they block the traffic noise really well). The staff were amazing... very friendly and professional. Special mention to Patric, Josie and Coco! The chef came out of the kitchen to talk with me to work out a meal that would suit my food intolerances and we were all VERY happy with our yummy meals!

Cleanliness wasn't great... particularly dust and stray, strangers' hairs. I agree with previous reviews about the car-park; it's extremely tight and difficult to manoeuvre around.

Bed was expectational comfortable. Slept like a baby. Breakfast buffet was a bonus. Reception staff was very helpful especially when check in very late in the evening.

Kettle wasn't cleaned inside... had to boil twice to be confident it's safe to drink. Bedside lamp switch was bit of fiddling/out of reach. Soap holder on the wall in the shower/tub hurts my elbow as it is in the way. Three single beds = three people, yet only one tiny set of shampoo/conditioner?

Decor was excellent. Room size was very generous. Kitchenette utilities were great. Bathroom was well appointed and spacious I used the Restaurant for both dinner & breakfast and the food choices and quality were excellent.

Maintenance is required in this bathroom Room 1111 The toilet bowl is loose on the floor and moves when in use The cistern is leaking down through the bowl and is constantly slowely refilling all night long. The noise of the ball valve filling can be heard all night long and is disturbing

The room was an average size for a hotel, nice and quiet which suited me as a light sleeper. The bed was very comfortable and the rest of the amenities satisfactory. Free breakfast was great as there was plenty to choose from. Best of all was the free secure parking which is not found in many hotels. I did not get to use the gym or pool, maybe next time.

The balcony was very narrow and I could not see myself sitting out there even if there was a chair, not much of a view to look at.
