We booked the 3 bedroom apartment and the view is something I have never experienced before, it was amazing, the apartment was clean and tidy and we had a comfortable stay

we have 3 kids 9, 6 and 3. we absolutely loved the security of the qhole building and that coffe table/couch and seats were really heavy so they couldn't be easily moved or picked up. the biggest bonus also was that the sliding doors to the balcony were HEAVY! only an adult could open them. our kids did try and failed each time so that qas a big relief that they couldnt just have free access to the balcony and potentially fall off. the hotel staff were really friendly and accomodating. also the woolies downstairs have a big enough variety for a store that is small.

The only thing we didn't like was that our king bed mattresses weren't zippped together so the beds kept splitting and there would be a gap inbetween us. Wifi is good but not the fastest. The chromecast wasn't the greatest either. it would link to our devices but then later on unlink and we would have to keep connecting to the wifi again just to link our device to the tv again

Very close to transports, amenities for anything you want. As there is Woolworths just downstair from the apartments

We had 1, 3 bedrooms suite and I stayed 2 bedroom suites for 4 days stay. Group of 12 people. My niece requested more amenities from the first night we stayed as they did not provide enough amenities. Phone to reception and they say someone will come. Didn’t come at all. Next day my niece called again as we were going out early and explain to staff what we didn’t received the night before. As again, will do it as priority. Came back late afternoon and still didn’t received what we requested. I got frustrated and went down and tell the staff not a very good services. How does it take to get our amenities. If, it wasn’t me going down to reception I wouldn’t get what I wanted in 10mins . Very disappointing serviced

We loved the view and air-conditioner in the room plus the living room. We loved the facilities, especially the sauna. We also loved the fact that the balcony was connected to both the living room and the bedroom and it was great to have a big window for a nice view while sitting in the living room. We also liked how convenient the location was, there was a metro with reasonable prices directly downstairs as well as nice cafes and dining restaurants surrounding us.

Customer service needs a little bit of working on and the rooms needed a little bit more cleaning. We asked for maintenance regarding our bedroom door and were told they'd fix it in the morning as a priority but never came in or asked any more questions about it. Another thing is the double beds were a bit annoying to sleep in because they were separate mattresses therefore making it hard to cuddle up because the mattress kept on splitting in the middle.

The location is amazing by being a 10 minute walk to the train station and bus interchange and also a 2 minute walk to rivercat ferry wharf.The recent addition of a Metro supermarket on the ground floor is a game changer. I upgraded to a sky suite which placed me on the 34th floor with spectacular views.

The only negative for me is having reception on the 4th floor when it looks like it was originally intended to be on the ground floor. This causes confusion, especially for first-timers, with the operation of the elevator system and trying to understand how to access the 4th floor lobby in order to check-in.

I liked everything about this property. It was luxurious and just what we needed. I had to travel down from Queensland because my son was involved in quite a bad work incident where he received some awful injuries. We went from Liverpool hospital to Fairfield and decided to stay here before further surgery at Fairfield and my goodness we embraced the cleanliness, location, friendly, well presented staff and the amazing comfortable bedding. We were in heaven! Oh and the mini Woolworths market right next door and restaurants were so convenient. I have already recommended this property to others and will return if ever here again.

The only negative was having to pay $40 a day for parking. However the price to stay at the property was good so it was easier to hand over the $40.

Rooms were great - clean, black out curtains, comfy beds overall great size for our group. I appreciate how there was more glassware than just 6 of each and the dining table was a good size for a sit down family dinner.

Parking options were terrible even though the lovely lady at check in said paid parking is not guaranteed I wish they advised that ahead of time and provided detailed options in the surrounding areas of safe parking lots and opening hours. For the Meriton reputation, spending 40+ minutes driving around the area after 8pm looking for paid parking (we went to 4paid parking sites that were either closed or full) that wasn't closed then walking back to the hotel was unnecessarily stressful.

Exceptional room, the balcony on level 30 was incredible, what lovely views. The location was great, Woolworths Metro is right next door for groceries, if you stay for a while (I stayed for two weeks). The staff are very helpful and kind, I got a free bag of coffee pods when I bought the wrong ones that didn't fit the coffee machine, the room has a big kitchen and a laundry, it's very clean and comfortable. If you love balconies and city living you will love Meriton Suites for sure. The king single suites even have two big screen TVs, you can relax in bed and watch Netflix or whatever you want. There's lots of space even in a "single" suite, it's much more like a small apartment than a hotel room (it IS an apartment!) It just has everything. Highly recommended.

The Wifi was disappointing, after a week for some reason I had no WiFi and it wouldn't connect, but that didn't exactly cramp my style, I have a big data plan on my phone.

I have stayed at this property multiple times, and this is my second review, with the first being written while the building was still under construction. The review I am writing now is after the construction work was completed. I can't fault this facility as it has everything required for a self-contained apartment rather than a hotel room. The balcony is safe with lots of fresh air but is enclosed enough to shelter from the elements. The location is close to public transport with a 10 minute walk to Parramatta train station and 3 minute walk to Parramatta ferry wharf. The ground floor of the building is next to a supermarket where you can purchase any food item that you might want. There are restaurants nearby for those who wish to eat out.

The only thing that I don't like is that reception is on the 4th floor, which is confusing for first-time guests because it is not clear how to find reception as there are no clear instructions on entry to the building on the ground floor and I didn't see any staff at the entrance to assist guests on any day of my 3 day stay.

How clean and high end the room was, would definitely stay again.

There was no parking.. I’m disabled and had to walk 2 blocks from a carpark that cost money to use. And the only other place the hotel suggested was the Woolworths carpark which was blocked off. I will try and request parking next time due to my mobility issues. I was also charged a $200 bond which wasn’t at all told to me at any stage with my booking or after the confirmation. It was lucky I had extra money on me but this would be incredibly inconvenient to someone who’s worked there funds out to the last cent and doesn’t have extra.
