The accommodation is perfect for our trip to watch the A-League GF. It is within an easy walk to the stadium and many restaurants. The riverside walk is only metres away. The superior king room was spacious and has excellent storage and layout for our overnight stay. Parking is easy and once parked we had no need to use the car as everything is literally on your doorstep. We had a fabulous deal which included a lovely breakfast, a fuel voucher and free parking, so way up which deal suits you best price wise. The staff are both friendly and efficient. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom is also well equipped. A really excellent hotel where we will always stay when attending the stadium for various events.

Staff were amazing - welcoming, friendly and professional. Room was clean. Aircon easy to use. Beds very comfortable. Bathroom modern and enough towels/cloths (water pressure is strong). Lighting good. WiFi was strong. Smart TV worked great (except Chromecast), was able to watch Fifa World Cup games live. Discounted buffet breakfast at Table 30. View would be amazing if not for construction currently happening 'next door'. Perfect location in Parramatta!

Chromecast cut out six times in two and a half hours. It would suddenly go back to main menu while my device continued to play, so had to reload then re-cast but after sixth time just gave up trying to use it for rest of our stay.

Excellent staff, but hold up at reception dealing with new guests not helping guests with issues. So be extremely patient.

The hotel is very central to all sorts of offerings. Eat street is almost at your door. The hotel itself was very pleasant on entry greeted by very helpful friendly staff. Access to amenities and rooms could not be faltered. Room was a little dated and not to worn. Clean and tidy. Could have been cleaner. View from the window was good but loads of construction going on around but did not impact us at all. Regular house keeping was daily and could have been better as was the replacement of tea milk and soap could have been better but we bought our own accoutrement. When we didn’t use the hotel supplies. Otherwise everything was great and the staff couldn’t have been better and more professional in all their duties. Even more helpful above and beyond. What could have been improved was cleanliness in the room and regular upkeep. Pressure cleaning the car park could have been done in a more appropriate time Like not during the Xmas period. The hotel blocked out half and more of the car park for three days. Making for a more constrictive car park and with large 4x4 made for some creative parking.

The staff were very accommodating. We were three groups coming from 3 very different locations and transport styles. When we arrived, we found out that we were all over the building. When asked for 3 rooms together, the staff worked their magic and made this possible. All at a moments notice. The free transfer from the Airport went down really well

Whilst the breakfast was great and extensive and the food good, the setting was not very welcoming. If the set up the breakfast in the restaurant or bar, it would have been a better setting.

Very clean and neat. Staffs are nice too, close to everything, lots of restaurants and close to Westfield parramatta (walking distance)

The parking height limitation is 1.9m. We have to find outside parking. The bath tub is a bit slippery. My daughter tripped over . There should be anti-slip mat somewhere in the bathroom, so anyone that needs it can use it, the bathroom is not that friendly to kids or elder people

The location is perfect for local restaurants and theatre. The room was quiet and spacious. The bathroom was small but clean and shower hot, with plenty of towels and toiletries. The bed was large and cosy, plenty of pillows and extra blankets if needed. Air conditioning allowed a comfortable temperature for a good night’s sleep. 11am check out allowed for a sleep in…

$200 security deposit takes several days to refund

Great room, big comfy bed - tea, coffee and biccies provided. Great location close to Eats Street and the stadium for the game. Staff on reception were fab.

I keep wondering if its a Booking.com punishment that we get lousy placed rooms - do the hotels prefer we book through them? I keep getting rooms next to the lifts or laundries or right above reception etc - this hotel we got the closest room to the lift - lots of ding sounds going off all hours.

Clean friendly and accessible

$200 bond. As a bank staff member I understand how long these holds take to lift. I have also stayed at several other hotels in the area and they all take a $1.00 bond. You have the card details and can change the amount if necessary to cover damage. $200 is excessive and can cause budget issue during these trying times. It’s lucky that the rest of the experience makes up for this.

Lovely staff member on arrival was very pleasant, helpful and resourceful, offered discounts to services and breakfast as well as room type with a bath. Bedroom was clean, the bed was absolutely comfortable and warm. The bedsheets clean, quality linen used and various pillow comfort choices, had a wonderful sleep, which is important for me. Breakfast was fantastic, huge selection of food choice, buffet breakfast served, fruit was fresh. Fresh juice bar available. The chef cooked me an omelette which was divine and coffee was good. Was here for only one night for a business meeting. The room accommodated my needs with desk, WiFi etc and my stay at parkroyal made it much more comfortable.
