Nice staff and quite responsive, with a few exceptions (in responsiveness, not niceness - that was always good). The location is right on the beach, fantastic view and very easy access! The breakfast selection is quite large and the food tastes good.

The breakfast is (as happens more often) quite expensive at $39 AUD. That's a lot if, like me, all you want is some granola, fruit, yoghurt and coffee. The airconditioner in my room felt a little underpowered even though the room was small (as booked). It literally took hours to come down from 24 deg C to 21. Also, I was sad I couldn't open any window.

Location was great, facilities great too

I booked the stay for my mother’s 90th birthday She needed convenient parking at $50 and I was specifically told to not only give my credit card details but also two photos of my card so they didn’t have to pay anything at reception. I had two conversations by phone with staff who assured me everything was organised However, when they arrived they were told to pay $50 …mum was upset because her partner had to pay….. very disappointing🙁I had to phone again today to get a refund for him

I was extremely impressed with my stay at Manly Pacific. Initial impression was that the front check in and lobby area was beautiful and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and smiley, helping me to check in early with no issues at all. I requested a massage recommendation from the concierge and it was such a great sports massage. I was super impressed! The stayed in (Sun Seeker) was fabulous - very spacious, bright and modern. The bed and pillows were very comfy! I was also given a late checkout by request with absolutely no problems at all. Incredible location being right on the water. Highly recommend this hotel will absolutely be returning.

Being from Melbourne, the one stand out I didn't love was the coffee. If you're looking for coffee, there are plenty of cafes around the hotel that I would suggest instead. The buffet breakfast was also not amazing (I'm a big food lover) but there were plenty of options and I found some things to my liking.

location was great transport link’s excellent. comfortable,parts that had been newly renovated lovely. Breakfast was good rooms were nicely done and the seaview was breath taking.

we were assured when we booked that the pool would be open, so we were disappointed. It opened on Boxing Day eventually. Due to this we paid extra for a ocean view room which came at an unexpected additional cost. Renovations are behind wish we had been better informed to how far behind they were.

Perfect location, stroll into town along the beach. Rooftop pool is very pleasant albeit a bit small, but very comfortable sunbeds. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. Restaurant, especially brunch, was great.

Around the pool you have to order drinks on line ans pay up front, so they're not part of the hotel? Sauna not working, the only bit one could call "spa". There's nobody to stop a gang of teenagers jumping in and making a racket where one should be able to have a quiet 5 star afternoon! One cannot book breakfast despite staying in the hotel, so no perks there. It's still a beautifully restored hotel, but rather expensive.

The staff were friendly and most helpful. The updated room was excellent. Dinner and breakfast in the Restaurant were very good.

Initially we were given a small room on the lowest level and well below to what was anticipated. There was no internet due to the position (so we were told). After numerous attempts to obtain the internet by some excellent staff members and some considerable pleading from us ,one of the staff moved us to another room as it was essential to have internet for work reasons.

Loved the location and had a lovely view from our balcony. The Staff were helpful and attentive.

The inside door of the bathroom was pretty grimy and definitely needed a good clean. Also - it would be much better if breakfast was served a la carte as well as buffet - not everyone wants a huge buffet (which is usually overpriced) - being able to eat in the building when you have an early start would have been more convenient than venturing out to find something for breakfast that didn't force bulk eating or eating a small amount for a huge price.

clean, crisp, beautiful decor

couldn’t get in the sauna. couldn’t find the spa. didn’t like that you could get Netflix without trying to access own and going through another streaming thing to try and connect. It assumes you have Netflix on our phones, which we don’t, and trying to connect led us to a scammers website, which the bank picked up on and we has yo cancel both our credit cards. was easier back in the day when hotels just offered their own in-house movies.

The premises is clean. I like one of the hotel reception staff (an asian woman) who was able to resolve my parking issues (daily charge was overcharged).

There is limited parking lots. One of the night I came back after 7pm and was unable to get a lot and was forced to park outside and walked a distance to the hotel.

Manly on the beach. Facing and hearing the sound of waves, we felt relaxed. In the breakfast, we enjoyed the omelette as order made. The sheaf was kind and friendly.

Amenities were not sufficient, e.g. no tooth paste. For breakfast, I wanted have fresh blueberries that I believe the most delicious fruit in Sydney.
