Locations was great for the football game we where attending

When I booked this hotel I booked with the intention of using my stay voucher from the NSW government. When I checked in I was told that due to the change of hotel name I could not use it. It would have been nice to have been made aware that the vouchers weren’t being accepted prior to my arrival considering I was sent an email saying that the restaurant wouldn’t be open

Except for the "pillow talk" below, in the next comment box about what I didn't like, I found everything to be, at least, satisfactory and much of it was certainly better than that... I would comment that, if you're staying in a room there which is NOT on street-level, you might want to request a room on the side of the property where the lift is located as it is a bit of a hike around to the other side of the property - there is a stairway on the other side of the property but, much higher than Level 2, that'd pale quite quickly, I imagine! Oh, and if you wish the parking discount and you're not already a member of ALL, the Accor Hotels Loyalty program, consider registering with that program BEFORE you check in at the hotel - you REALLY don't want to be mucking around with that while you're checking in (there IS an App for that!) as that registration process is a bit fiddly and irritating BUT that's not the Mercure Manly Warringah's fault! Personally, I will stay there again...

Just the pillows... the pillows on the bed were not what I would choose but, then, I am very picky about pillows, quite often taking my own, and these may well have been fine for anyone else! Me, though, I found them to be a bit too soft for my liking...

We arrived 5 hours ahead of check in time expecting to drop our backs off until our room was ready and were delighted to find out we could check in then as the room was ready. Toiletries were provided and of a good quality. The bed was extremely comfortable! There was a fridge, sink and table. The location is perfect, by the bus stop but not noisy. You can also walk to Warringha Mall in 10/15 mins

Nothing! We are returning next week we liked it that much!

The convenience of the leagues club and 4 pines Park, the rooms are a little dated but comfortable

A bit pricey and the TV didn't have any options to use netflix or stan and limited foxtel channels

We have stayed here when it was still the Travelodge. We love the location and the spacious comfort of the room. The bed and mattress are excellent and we had no trouble sleeping.

The car park was over full for 2 nights of our stay, so despite having paid for parking ($20/night) we could not park there. There were also no bedside lights, no hand towel in the bathroom and no luggage rack. When we asked about these we were met with blank stares. We purchased a portable LED light from the local Bunnings to use as a reading light.

This hotel was previously the Travelodge and has rebranded to the Mercure Hotel chain. When this hotel was the Travelodge, it was terrible and one of the worst hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Now, the hotel is much better but still with some room for improvements. We decided to give the hotel another try due to some recent positive reviews. The beds have been updated and the mattresses are no longer lumpy. The bathroom had been partially re-tiled on the wall but the floor tiles were still tired and needing replacement. The room has a small kitchenette which is better than a standard hotel room.

When we arrived and provided with our room, we were given a room with two single beds instead of a room with a king bed. This thankfully was quickly sorted (but shouldn’t have happened in the first place). The reception area is much nicer than what it used to be but still needs some work. Parking is $20 but you can find parking on the street to avoid that charge. The fee does seem excessive since we’re not in the CBD.

Location was great! Right across the road from the leagues club and down the road from 4pines stadium.

The constant door slamming from the emergency exit. Unavoidable because site is under construction. Was annoying nonetheless. Also, I was unable to use the phone app to order food etc at midnight. It was rejecting my order even though 24/7 service was advertised.

The staff relocated me to another room without drama.although the second room also had maintenance issues.

Both rooms had their problems which it would've been nice to have been checked prior to my arrival and relocation. Also I think the daily car parking rate is way over the top and should've been advertised on the website and booking. It really should be part of the accommodation as it's not an external service by a security company and there is no additional cost to the hotel for the privilege of onsite parking.

Room was very clean and spacious, and was serviced everyday. Beds were very comfortable. The location suited us, because we enjoy Manly beach and we were happy to explore northern parts of Sydney. Close to public buses.

On site parking of $20 per day was expensive, especially when there was a lot of free street parking available. The location is not close to the city centre, therefore it takes 1 hour by public transport.

We had an issue with our booking no fault of the motel and they handled it so well and were very professional. The manager handled our enquiry and we were so grateful for his time he took out for us. Exceptional service definitely returning.
