This property is all about the experience and location, location, location. What is lacks due to age, it by far makes up in character, cleanliness and the personalised service. This team go the extra mile to make sure you are happy, comfortable and relaxed. I didn’t have to ask for a thing, as my needs were met before I knew what I needed myself! We had a lovely 2 night’s stay and enjoyed the convenience of being a short stroll to the waters edge. Thank you to the team, we will definitely return.

Nothing. Some renovations in future will be amazing to see and only elevate the property. But this did not impact my stay. Everything was clean and functional.

The sleeping area was adequately spacious, and the beds were comfy. The location of Manly Waves gave us easy access to the beach, and even the bus stations. We realized Manly Beach could be a good takeoff point for tourists looking to exploring Sydney CBD because of accessibility and more affordable accommodations' options if compared with what the CBD offers.

The T&B was quite small, and we appreciated having the natural lighting for the bath area for daytime. However, there was no lighting for nighttime so we had to make do with the toilet's light. We didn't have a view or a balcony which would have been helpful for drying clothes but then we chose that room 😊 so we knew that beforehand.

Location was very close to two patrolled beaches. Short walk to the Corso for cafes. Bed was comfy, apartment is air-conditioned and fairly well maintained. Reception was very polite and helpful.

Shower head needed replacing but was still useable, would have been nice to have a dustpan brush or something to help clean up after ourselves regarding sand. Walls were a bit thin so could hear other guests very easily. But as it was a chill location, it quietened down after a while.

I was concerned when I read a lot of negative past reviews about the accommodation, but they could not have been more irrelevant. The staff at reception were exceptionally friendly to my wife and myself, the room was very comfortable (if a little quirky) and was set in a lovely quiet area. Everything worked as it should and we had a very comfortable and quiet sleep. Parking was available and much appreciated as most on-street parking was taken by surrounding residents and visitors.

The air-conditioning was set to cool when we first arrived so the room was very cold when we first opened the door. A quick adjustment using the supplied remote, and all was good from that time on.

Spacious studio with full kitchen and courtyard. You can hear the waves from the courtyard. 5 mins walk to Manly beach ⛱️. Convenient undercover parking outside the room and friendly reception staff 😀 just a text or call away. Chris was great!

I didn't realise at first there was 2 x apartment blocks on Malvern Street. I got there after work at 930pm. Just read the text properly to avoid any confusion.

My friends and I really enjoyed staying at this apartment - it was close to the beach and the shops. It was very comfortable and clean, and the kitchen was well stocked (apart from cleaning spray and cooking oil / salt!). We were also able to leave our bags after check out and the staff were helpful and friendly.

More basics / staple items would have been ideal! Salt , olive oil and cleaning products.

The location was ideal - very close to the beach. The value of the property was exceptional considering its location. The main benefit was the staff going above and beyond to help us get a taxi when no one was turning up and we didnt have an AUS number.

Great location - close to the beach. Has just about everything you need. Nice and clean and well presented.

The TV didn’t work very well (bad internet) and there were flashing Christmas lights on the balcony that went all night. Luckily there were blackout blinds and aircon although we would’ve preferred to have the doors open as there was a lovely sea breeze.

Excellent location, just a block from the surf beach. There is a great Greek cafe about 2 blocks away on the ocean front. The hotel staff were very helpful and resolved all my needs quickly. Dee on reception is wonderful and she will do her best for you. She was always there for the customers. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of storage space. And parking!! I paid $20 extra a night for it, but so worth it and convenient. Parking that close to the beach! Easy level walk to the Corso etc.

The room needs a bit more refurbishment. The floor tiles were chipped.

parking! booking this property based on parking being available. followed up twice to confirm and again on the day of travel but on arrival my space was taken up by another car. staff apologetic but did little to assist other than a note on the windshield. all our rego details were collected on checkin and they said it wasn’t registered with them so why not get it towed so I could park!?
